Friendly and efficient staff, very good location, brilliant breakfast and luggage storage available.

The property is very close to the Station with easy walking access to the town. It has a lift. Being on a main road, is a bit noisy. The room is basic in its facilities.

I would say this is a budget hotel, but price high for it. Not in a great area, only a short walk though to the restaurants. Room was clean and tidy but basic.

Overall, ok to stay for a night. Friendly hosts and decent breakfast. Room was a little basic and not the cleanest room that I have stayed but for the price and the convenience it offers, value for money stay

I'm giving 4 stars for the value Como/ price/facility. Nice room for the paid price. Good facilities+ coffee and tea in the room. The reception was not in the same building so if you have to ask or need something you have to go to the next building. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The location is right in the center, near shops, lake and as well near train station. The room and bathroom is super clean, with a discreet air freshener, the guests are very friendly and they are speaking english fluently. Definitely will come back here. 🤩

Location was superb, close to the marina and old town, close to both train stations, some fantastic restaurants and a decent sized supermarket. We visited to watch football, the stadium was a 3 minute walk so it was great for that. The access/rooms was simple and check-in/out was also seemless. Really easy to follow instructions.

The room and location were ok BUT the walls were like paper. We could hear almost everything that was happening in the other rooms and the noise from the street was like people were standing in our room talking!😑

Great location, few steps from lake and even fewer from shops/restros. Hotel has a modern look in public areas and rooms. Lift however is archaic and completely useless. Room generally quiet, little on the small side with limited storage. Staff friendly, breakfast good, no bar or restro for dinner but loads of stuff around close by. Good for a limited stay in Como

Our stay at Plinius Hotel We really enjoyed our stay at the Plinius Hotel and would recommend it to others. If we return to Lake Como we would stay there again. A very good experience with excellent breakfast and staff.

Nice new hotel. It is located near the embankment, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Owner seemed more focused on the restaurant business than hotel customers. Didn’t receive any information about breakfast at checkin/ later on, and owner didn’t seem to care when we were to pick up our luggage and leave. Hotel itself is clean and what you would expect.

I recently stayed at Hotel San Giuseppe in cernobbio. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was greeted by Maurizio. Who made check in very easy. A beautiful family run hotel. Such lovely people that are so friendly and helpful. They have put a lot of love and thought into their hotel. The restaurant doesn’t open every night but served lovely food when they were open. The room was nice and we slept OK. Don’t expect much of a view from the room but it was clean and comfortable which is all tgat matters..

The hotel was very comfortable and well located. The owner was extremely supportive in helping us arrange transport to Milan when all the public transport was non-operational and taxis fully booked.

We had a great stay. Rooms are above restaurant and you have to go through restaurant. Very nice room and great Italian vibe. Really loved it. Breakfast was amazing. Host was very helpful. Simple hotel with a beautiful view! Quite a bit of a hike from the town center, but there are bus and taxi options if you aren't up for the walk. The included breakfast was a plus!

The room visit was excellent, the service and cleanliness were excellent, but if you don't have transportation, it's very difficult to get a taxi, and the taxi is very expensive. Just to get to the hotel, it's about a 5-minute drive and you'll pay about $60. You can walk if you like, it's about 20 minutes. The descent is fine, but the climb will be very tiring.

You can take the bus N1 southbound to Como in the morning. When you take bus back from Como to St Fermo, you have to take metro 74 northbound. Be sure the bus to St Fermo, because some of the buses only to halfway!

Clean and comfy Very clean and comfortable! Spacious and a well equipped kitchen. We spent two nights in the family appartment - and it was a great base for trips in Como. We came by car, and Como is just a 10 minutes drive away. Pizzeria Tuttifrutti close by the apartment had great pizza - and we walked to Gelateria Lariana for gelato every night. I recommed this place :)

I was looking for a hotel to stay for just one night; a stopover on my trip to tuskany. And I was really lucky with this hotel. I can just give a feedback of my single room I booked. This was not very big, but for one person absolutly ok. Very clean with modern interieur. I was also surprised about breakfast. The owner is really kind and hospitable, the one who pays attention to details and cares about his guests. The room on the ground floor was large, clean, and spacious with a comfortable bed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended

This was a nice place to stay, with a garden/sitting area right outside the room. There is a Lidl across the street for groceries. This place is within walking distance from Lake Como, but away from the crowds of tourists. The service at the front desk was exceptional, and Marta and the man who worked there were very kind and accommodating.

Greatly appreciated that there was access to breakfast room with warm drinks, water and juices from 10 to 22. After a long walk it was something that made us feel like home. The room was big enough, breakfast was nice.

Overrated hotel. It’s not suitable for travelers with a car, as it has very limited parking, and nearby parking fees are quite expensive.

The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the city center, which isn't very convenient. There were many Middle Eastern people in the hotel. They gave me the furthest room, which took a long time to walk to; perhaps this is the kind of hospitality offered to Chinese people.

So I booked a duplex room which has two floors. There’s a king bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed on the lower floor. But there’s only one toilet on the upper floor. So it’s quite inconvenient. Excellent welcome, especially from the very capable receptionists. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The TV allowed us to connect our Netflix and YouTube accounts. Far from the city center, and the street can be noisy, but it has good bus connections. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable.

The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; it was close to the road and the motorbike noise outside was very loud.

The lock on my room door was broken, so I had to switch rooms. The new room was right by the road, and the constant noise from passing cars kept me up all night.

Really love B&B Hotels especially breakfast. All clean and tidy and a free parking in front of the hotel. Our room 204 was not small. The queen size bed is super comfy for deep night sleep. Too bad they don't serve a bottle of water like they do in their other hotels.The staff is friendly. check-in process is so cool in case you come after 11PM- all digital and automated.

Value over price is good overall

We slept here for one night and it was very good. No luxury, but just neat and well arranged. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a private, closed parking garage which saves a lot of hassle in Como. The breakfast was good: nice and well taken care of. In short, a nice hotel if you are looking for a practical place to stay in Como.

Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. When I checked in and asked the desk to cancel the next night, my incorrect booking, they refused...

Very nice stay that I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a great part of Como. Close to most transportation and great shopping. Train station is a walk if you have luggage but it’s not terrible. Great staff and service!

This was the cutest property, right in the middle of Como. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we could need. There was even a free phone that we were able to take with us around town and use for Google Maps. They offer a free breakfast which was simple but worked (the chocolate croissants were delicious). Stayed here for 11 days. The breakfast was delicious. Tiramisu and fresh fruits were available. Fresh warm bread and a nice selection of cheeses. The owner of the B&B was very kind.
