Umbelieveble. This is not an hotel but yhe check in operation and assistance is privided by a nearby hotel, a three stars hotel. It' unbelieveble that in a touristic place at the hotel's reception the staff don't speak english, how can they help guest without communication? The building in any case is very old with umidity and mold problems, bad smell and broken walls, not so nice. Price is low but it's possible to find better place, it need a lot of work to be ok

I'm giving 4 stars for the value Como/ price/facility. Nice room for the paid price. Good facilities+ coffee and tea in the room. The reception was not in the same building so if you have to ask or need something you have to go to the next building. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The location is right in the center, near shops, lake and as well near train station. The room and bathroom is super clean, with a discreet air freshener, the guests are very friendly and they are speaking english fluently. Definitely will come back here. 🤩

The location is right in the center, near shops, lake and train station. The rooms are large with a nice view, bathroom is super clean, with a discreet air freshener. I loved that we had in the room an exprpressor with different coffee, also tea and sweetener/ sugar to enjoy in the morning. the guests are speaking english fluently. Definitely will come back here. 🤩

Location was superb, close to the marina and old town, close to both train stations, some fantastic restaurants and a decent sized supermarket. We visited to watch football, the stadium was a 3 minute walk so it was great for that. The access/rooms was simple and check-in/out was also seemless. Really easy to follow instructions.

Con:
-No elevator. And the rooms in third floor.
-Stair is tide, so if you have luggage it will be a problem.
-Runway is tide as well.
-Room are small for more than 2 people.
-When booked, it was mention as apartment but it is actually room.
-Street is small so if you moving your luggage you will suffer. Even it is close to station, with your luggage you will suffer.
-Also the road is not good condition so the wheels of your luggage will be destroy.
-Upon arrival, the room was very cold even the floor is freezing and it took more than 12 hour to warm the room. First night we slept with our jacket.
Pros:
-Room is clean
-Self check in, most likely you will not meet anyone there.
-Quite area,

If you 1 or 2 people with small luggages i recommend it for you

The room and location were ok BUT the walls were like paper. We could hear almost everything that was happening in the other rooms and the noise from the street was like people were standing in our room talking!😑

Super easy to check in, very clean rooms, nice decor, big fantastic bathroom, and a cool patio to sit out on. The location is pretty good too.
