The view of the hotel is fabulous, the room is super clean and it has a nice interior design, the owner is super friendly and helpful, we have a dog and she even prepare water and snack for our dog in the room, we had a really nice time there, don't miss this lovely place and try it.

It is a very small, cozy, beautiful place with fantastic scene. If you are comming to lake como never miss this hotel.

Dirty bed sheets, strong smell of cats pee in the bed, super noisy room, impossible to sleep because of the road full of trucks, cars and bikes all night long and the railroad which trains are passing every 30 minutes. Dogs released at the property, boarder collie and beagle. No parking guaranteed, some free space in the other side of the road. Weak breakfast.
The lady of this house was very dishonest. after spending the night in bed without sleep because of the hellish noise of cars and trucks, we decided to follow our trip to Milan and cancel the reservation of the second night. she confirmed that she would cancel and later through the booking's messaging service said she would not cancel by cancellation policy. extremely disappointed.
