Snacks avaliable in the lobby all day (cakes, crisp etc) Ice cream avaliable all day and ice lollys when the pool area was open. Food - overall it wasnt great, pizza and chips were avaliable every lunchtime

Not 5 star, but good for a base, with food and drink. Limone is a fantastic place to visit, so much better than a beach holiday! Room is large and is kept clean. Food is okay, the usual AI buffet style

Hotel was is a great location, lots of parking avaliable. Rooms were dated but it was clean. Pools were good, never any issues getting a sun lounger, life guards at pools and lake

Fabulous holiday at this hotel Amazing location with spectacular views. Clean, basic room cleaned daily. Wonderful pools. Food was fine and value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

They were quite strict with no jumping into the pool allowed. Lots of sun loungers at the lake. Drinks although only a small selection of spirits were all self service

We got a free upgrade to the villas on the beach ( there is 8 of these) which was a lovely surprise, as it was my daughters/son in laws 30 th birthdays and this also gave us access to the vip restaurant for breakfast (which costs €30 each ) We found that the staff were Friendly BUT couldn’t speak basic English so trying to ask questions were very difficult and frustrating

The pool deck was relaxing and fun (still a little to cold for us to get in). This hotel was up there with the Ritz Maldives and St. Regis Dubai as one of our favorite hotels

However, it’s still working through operational issues like undisclosed age restrictions, uncomfortable breakfast setup in shoulder season, and inconsistent service

Staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful. Property is very new with a nice modern design. Convenient location but we heard lots of traffic noise from our room even in the middle of the night.

My favorite was the floating pool on the lake and the adjacent bar serving delicious homemade pizza. One downside is the busy road between the hotel and the lake/pool area

We stayed three nights in early April with our two teenagers. The Major Issue: The spa and pool are restricted to guests 16 and older, which was never disclosed when booking

Every team member went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was faced with a booking issue upon arrival, but it was handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Ana, who made everything perfect

The location was great, right in front of Lima Station, which was very convenient. The pool was about 20m long, though it didn't seem to be heated. Breakfast was decent and satisfying. The staff were also very friendly!

The hotel very close to Metro station Could seen sunrise at it's terrace. The swimming pool and sauna looks clean. And the staff very helpful and polite

Lovely hotel. The location was very good and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. Easy to do daytrips in and around Milan 🙌🏼 they also let us do early check-in since we arrived before lunch

The hotel is stunning with great views of the lake. The location is a bit difficult if you want to see lots of parts of the lake as there are limited boats and not much in the area

That being said the port is less than 5 minutes walk away

Firstly the head waiter who i believe was called Mauro? Became the most obnoxious waiter we have come across in Italy, Rude didnt bring our drinks over on 2 consecutive nights, we had to re-order with a waitress , who incidentally was constantly being bullied and shouted at by Mauro, when in fact she was the best server in the restaurant throughout our stay

It's a great hotel, the staff are all so amazing and friendly. Big shout out to Paula and Alaa who helped my wife with her gluten allergy. They checked in with her every day at the buffet and arranged for suitable food

We never really had any other dealings with Mauro until after i was asked by Anastasia the customer service agent how i was enjoying the food, i duly gave our honest opinion, by this time there had been Pork on the menu at least 6 nights out of 8, we had a discussion over the food issues, including the undercooked chicken served that night

The next morning i was serving myself at the buffet when all of a sudden i felt someone barge past me, thinking i was in the way i turned and apologised, only to see it was Mauro and a large space for people to get past, i did not get aknowledged or any apology

The room we were given initially was not ideal (old furniture, not much sunlight, bathroom was a bit dingy) but the staff kindly gave us another room in the same price band which was much nicer and didn’t cost us any extra! Everything was spotless in both rooms and in the communal areas so there was no issue with cleanliness

They were very patient with me when I tried to use my very limited knowledge of Italian and they spoke fluent English with me when my Italian failed. I am quite a shy person and they made me feel at ease

I think it was just a case of some parts of the hotel needing a little bit of an update. Breakfast was self-service, but there were still plenty of staff around to help if we needed anything

I’d also like to reiterate how friendly the staff at La Limonaia are, including those at the reception desk, the bar, the restaurant, the pizzeria, housekeeping etc

We stayed for five nights and only had to walk up the hill twice because we could park our rental car so close to the block of rooms we were in

The food was lovely and there were a lot of options. The overall atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, and it was a nice peaceful stay

Everything is close(except the metro-10 minutes walk) supermarket to 24 products, also a hardware, a pharmacy. A good restaurant not far from the hotel (very good food) "La Perla del Sud"-an average of one meal 10 euros

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic.

This hotel was a great choice for everything except one minor drawback: it's a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk

Everything was good overall, just a bit out of the way. It was really quiet at night though, which was nice.

However, bus route 42 goes directly to the train station, and routes 43 and 81 pass through the city center

Room smells like sweat and there is so many mosquito inside the room!!! The staff at counter was nice and helpful though. But no, I’ll not come back again. We also manage to kill 9 mosquito the following day…

Food and drinks are eye watering (it is a 5 star hotel after all) we are one night at the hotel it was ok. Not worth the money so ate out after that. All the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous

Beautiful location high above Lake Garda, but somewhat remote. Nice facility, but a bit pricey. Very friendly staff. Good fitness facilities. Suitable for people seeking wellness and massages.

A really stunning hotel in a very tranquil setting. Perched up to looking down on Gada it's a really special place

We are normally a couple who likes to be out and about but with how nice this hotel was we welcomed coming back to it. The spa area is really chill with a beautiful outlook from the sauna

Very classy, ​​luxurious, and with a spa. It takes you 15 minutes up a winding road to reach the hotel, but it's worth it. The staff are excellent and the spa is relaxing

It's about 40 minutes by car from the center of Riva di Garda and about an hour from Limone. A wonderful and luxurious experience

What a wonderful week we spent in this beautiful hotel. The pool is heated and just perfect for a young family. It is surrounded by restaurants in the area that are all reachable by either bike/ short walk

Stayed 3 nights as part of a birthday trip around northern Italy. Room was ready for us when we arrived around 1430, we stayed in the newer block with a view of the pool and lake

Great location, about 20 mins walk to the historical center, we used the free bikes to get there and back. Lovely clean room, huge bathroom and shower. Breakfast included, fresh breads, meats, cheeses, pastries and cakes

Wonderful hotel right beside Lake Como and looking over the lake to Bellagio. Comfortable rooms and great service. A busy hotel in a great location at an affordable price

Everything was lovely, except for the man at the hotel's à la carte restaurant. He refused to give us a table for dinner and simply turned us away

We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery

Other people arrived right after us, and he immediately reserved a table for them (they were told to wait only a moment). We didn't eat anything that day

So we were put in the last room in the hotel, where there was a building on the left and Como was not visible (from the Bellagio side), but I booked a room with a 180ʼ view

I went to the reception and wanted to change our room, explained that this was not quite what we expected, and that we booked this hotel only for the view of the lake

The spa is not high end but it serves its purpose (sauna, Turkish steam bath, hot tubs, warm pool, salt room)

On the first night, we couldn't sleep because of the nauseating smell coming from the sewer pipes! When we contacted reception in the morning, they said a room change was not possible and that they would send a technician to inspect it

The pool was beautifully warm and has two jacuzzis as well as sauna, turkish bath etc

Very nice hotel with a super comfortable bed and great services — we even stayed an extra night because it was so special

We enjoyed our stay here, right on the water. The rooms were small but that’s to be expected with this location. The pastries were delightful! We also loved the thermal pool and spa. Next time I’d come off season

Great hotel in a great location. Nice shower in the room and bathroom amenities. I really liked the SPA, which is included in the price. But! At night, they cleaned up the trash under the windows at 5 am

On the first day, the pool water was very warm, but the water temperature dropped by a few degrees daily until the fourth day, when it was cold, and we stopped swimming (it being the end of the season, the hotel was closing on November 1, 2025, which was probably the reason the water was no longer heated)

We went on the fifth day as well, and the pool water was even colder, so practically, we only truly benefited from this service for 2 days. We received a bathrobe for the days we used the pool

There is internet at the hotel, and its speed is very good; we had no problems. The hotel has a pool of approximately 150 square meters with hydromassage

The breakfast offered includes prosciutto crudo, salami, ham, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad, a lot of cakes, fruits, yogurts, etc. When you return to the room, there is a sewage smell that disappears after 10 minutes

" No pool bar, even though it says there is one

Free parking spaces in the courtyard (some are paid, but there are free ones available). A few paid parking spaces in the garage. Cleaning was done daily, and it is very clean everywhere

I highly recommend this hotel, its setting and location offer a ton of benefits for families or couples alike, whom want to get away from the busy crowds and have tranquil moments

But the most amazing is the nature, the sound of the birds, the quietness of the place, excellent for total relax and is near the roundabout from where you can reach the lake side beach area and admire the great view of the Lake Garda

There is a very nice pool area with plenty of sun beds and a bar

Big pool 25x 12 mtr, great breakfast buffet, lunch possible for a good price, very nice garden, dogs allowed in the garden. The bed was very good and we slept very well. We had a great stay and we consider coming back

No fights for place around the pool. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpfull

The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish

I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking

She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better

Bring you back to the rustic era. There are lifts. Helpful spec lady reception. In front of the lake. Near ferry, bus & regional train station. Walking distance to the tram up the mountain.

Breakfast was very good and the spa/ pool was perfect for a relaxing few days at the end of a busy holiday. Several casual dining options nearby which was great as restaurant less suitable for children/ relaxed dining

An American like hotel, with a motel concept, near the shore of Lake Varese. There’s a busy road in between. Hotel, room, breakfast and parking were allright. We did not use the wellness and pools.

Received tour of our room and explanation of its features and cold Proseco with sweet treats. The room had a king bed, sofa, chairs and coffee table, and antique writing desk. modern marble bath designed for couples

This hotel is incredible! If you are considering it don’t delay it will not disappoint. Also the garden view rooms are stunning so if you can’t stretch to the lake view it’s not a problem

It's location on the lake is amazing and the view from the pool and sunbathing areas out across the waters is second to none. The food is of a high quality and the service was friendly and attentive

It is not the cheapest place in town but i think you receive good value for money. Be sure to make the most of the spa facilities, the pool is brilliant

Every morning we got to experience delicious breakfast with a beautiful view. Everything was just great, but the pool has to be at the top of it all, along with the jacuzzi and many sunbeads overlooking the Garda Lake

Again my husband had trouble getting out of the pool. All in all we had one of the best holiday and if we returned to Gardone we would certainly stay at The Savoy Palace again

Perfect location next to the lake and local shops and restaurants. Also easy walk to catch the ferry to como. Hotel is clean and comfortable but would benefit from some modernisation in places, particularly the bathroom.

The swimming pool at the Hotel was beautiful and we didn't have any problems getting a sunbed when we came back from our travels in the afternoons

Nice hotel facing the lake, We stayed 3 nights in a small roo on 1 st floor with balcony. The view of the lake is obscured by trees. The room also overlooks the pool. We found the room suffered from upstairs noise

We couldn’t fault our stay at The Savoy Palace, our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and also had a larger than planned balcony with seating area on

There were graduating steps to get into and out of the pool but there is nothing to hold on to. It needs a rail down the centre of the steps, (A bit like the one at The Grand Hotel)

One of our favorite hotels in Italy. The spa and pools were amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. A woman named “Josie” (simplified name) who checked us in was one of the most kind people we met in all of Italy

The grounds and gardens were a pleasure to view from the balcony or take a stroll, although the hotel is situated in a quieter location you can walk to the nearest little town easily approx 1 mile which has stome beautiful bars and restaurants

Perfect mix of relaxation and sophistication. Concierge team was great and arranged a boat trip around the lake, and some dinner reservations, which was invaluable as we were a large group and none of us spoke Italian

She was so friendly and inviting and made us feel special after our wedding day. We only planned to stay one night but we just had to stay other night because it was such an incredible experience

This was non stop from the moment we arrived in the early hours and were received by a very pleasant helpful gentleman, to the moment we drove out the car park assisted by the parking staff

Great food in the restaurant, whatever you choose - tapas, à la carte or the tasting menu. Rooms in the hotel are excellent. But the staff are the best! Friendly, professional and just oh-so welcoming

In fact there was the added bonus of a football pitch and table tennis to keep him entertained. There were so many comfy recliners and you could also get a sunbed to put where you wanted

We spend 3 nights there, the room was quite small but very convenient. Beds were perfct and it was possible to be 100% night in the room which is not always the case in hotels. Many German people in the hotel

A super cozy family business hotel that made the whole trip much better, it’s close enough to the center with a wonderful lake view (sunrise video attached) and multiple tennis + football courts to engage in activities, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, garden and pool side are well maintained and clean, close parking spots if you’de like to rennt a car to go to nearby villages and variety...

We were able to enjoy the pool, the garden ,the jacuzzi and some drinks in the bar during our stay, the atmosphere was cozy and calm

The location is lovely with beautiful views across Lake Garda. It's only a short walk from the hotel into Limone. Above all, the staff provided a fantastic experience and were especially helpful when my wife became ill
