Pool bar did lunch, which was probably the best quality out of all, and the service, once ordered, was quick. They're funny about kids jumping in the pool (in the pool by the bar)

He doesn't say hello or have a friendly demeanor, he complained to us (twice, in an animated fashion) about the wet floor in the pool bar area, because the kids had wandered from the pool to the seating area ready for lunch, plus it was raining so there was some wet foot steps between the tables

Not entirely sure why, I guess because of noise. The pool on the other side is more relaxed, larger and the kids could enjoy themselves more over there

For the sake of a hundred euros or so, when you are spending thousands on the hotel stay, I recommend the hotel give their customers the benefit of the doubt, strive for customer service and quality of experience, and in future, if any issues like this occur, wish their customers a pleasant onward journey, say that the hotel will investigate and be in touch once they have fully checked their records

I probably would have looked at a return to this hotel, but in the morning of check out, whilst the taxi was waiting to take us to the airport, our friends who we were staying with, were asked to pay their bar tab, which we quickly could see was showing the incorrect amount, because we had both cleared our tabs half way through the week, but our friends mid-week payment wasn't on the hotels invoice

After showing the payment / transaction on their phone, our friends were told the hotel could only accept a paper receipt as proof (they would not accept the online transaction as proof), and would need to pay them, essentially twice! Innocent until proven guilty, I think not

Nice hotel, friendly staff who speak English. Beautiful private beach and decent breakfast. Could do with cold air conditioned rooms.

We stayed a total of 5 nights at Hotel Miramar. We were greeted by a very welcoming and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable of the area

The Hotel has a swimming pool and a sunny lawn and well-kept directly bordering the lake

Breakfast - served by a wonderful crew - was always something to look forward to: delicious coffee and croissants and fresh fruit, while watching Lago di Garda and the mountains in the background

Really nice hotel with a beautiful private beach full of wildlife, outdoor pool and bar. Great parking and just a short walk away from Sirmione. The staff were really friendly and helpful (and spoke English)

The Hotel has all the amenities, including a restaurant that serves really delicious with a menu of the day offers tasty dishes ranging between the first and second courses based on fish and meat, season tickets for the buffet side-dishes

All food was beautifully presented. We ate lunch most days at the hotel and this was always tasty. We paid the 30 euro daily charge to use the skyview solarium. It was a great space, 13 gazebos with a solarium pool

I did think the maintenance men could have scheduled their cleaning of the area to before the solarium opened. There's an adult pool separate to the kids pool. The panoramic bar is in such a great position

Absolutely lovely, couldn't fault this Hotel,beautiful lake view room,very comfortable and very impressed with Bathroom facilities and range of towels. All staff from housekeeping to Bar and especially Restaurant staff.

Beautiful bedroom with patio facing out to lake and lovely garden outside patio can walk down to swimming pool. Great selection of different things and free beer and lovely red and white wine with dinner

It was never full and the 3 days we used it, there were no more than about 6 people there so it was a quieter option than the pool

Absolutely lovely guy who played the Piano of the Saturday evening and even played one of my favourite songs, he was fantastic! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay around lake Garda, absolutely perfect place

New owners! Huge improvement on an already good hotel. This is our 4th stay and our first under the new owners of 2022. The service, food and staff have all stepped up a gear and made this to a true 5 star service hotel

Special place, good for short holidays and also for work or relax. Water is dominant with two spa and big exterior pool with salty water is luxury place. One of the best in gardasee panorama

Only tried the Spa hence I can't give 5 stars. But the Spa treatment was relaxing with very nice wellness facility (suna/heated pool/ and relaxing area). They also had a kids area in the hotel garden

Great room on the top floor, great pool area and a stunning view. The breakfast ought to be better.

The room was spacious with beautiful views to the mountain and a super comfy and big bed. Breakfast was fine, nothing to rave about, but managed well during Covid. We enjoyed the spa and made use of the covered parking

The location was also perfect (if you have a car), walking distance to a couple of small towns with nice restaurants, and well located if you want to explore the lake via car. It was definitely good value for money

And the hotel thermal pool is wonderful; the outside bathing in winter when you can look at the snow caps on Dolomites was a great experience for us. We were very satisfied and absolutely recommend this hotel

I give the full rating although not everything is perfect. The "cheaper" rooms are really small as well as their beds; the breakfasts could provide some more choice; wifi is available only in the reception area

But, you get a huge value for every penny spent here. The hotel stuff is very professional and helpful, parking on site is included, the location is a few steps to the historic center of Sirmione

Huge shower, with a water fall, rain shower heads, side wall shower faucets and hand held faucet in a shower that could hold about 4 people

They have a heated pool and beach Short walk to the bus and ferry to Bellagio and Como city

Where to start… We had amazing time in this property, magnificent view, clean, spacious, romantic, great breakfast with amazing homemade pastries, friendly staff going above and beyond to make your stay memorable! They did their best to accommodate to an issues with my reservation and made it easy for us

Can’t wait for our next stay in this place! If they add more options in the dinner menu would be fantastic. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Just finished a 3 night experience at Filario and it was outstanding to say the least. First, the service is perhaps the best I’ve ever had at any hotel

The location is unbeatable: perched above Lake Garda, the views from the terrace, rooms, and pool are absolutely breathtaking

Highly recommend but you need a car as there is no shuttle and the walk to local amenities it’s not pleasant ( main busy road)

Lovely and quiet but 5 mins walk from busy centre. Old fashioned style (in a good way), nice lounge area and outside eating areas. Pier onto lake very busy with only space to sit/lie for a few people, but nice idea

Hotel Serenella exceeded all expectations. This is the second visit I have made and this time stayed in the Bizet Suite, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully renovated

Lovely family-run hotel with breakfast on the patio, a private beach dock, near Roman grottoes and Sirmione center.

Grand Hotel Fasano is a very nice and luxurious hotel directly at the cost of Lago di Garda. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. In the morning the hotel serves a fabulous breakfast at the beautiful terrace

The facilities very impressive especially the sauna. You can just lay on the chair and enjoy the view. The staffs here were all very kind and helpful. Our room was without view, but the mountain side view also great

The hotel boasts three pools, including a heated outdoor pool connected to an indoor pool through a tunnel. The spa area is stunning, and lunch served under a beautiful tree was a highlight

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, complete with prosecco, and there were plenty of sun loungers for all guests where the staff handed out fresh fruit & ice cream

Even though we stayed in the most basic room, it was spacious and well-equipped, including a ghd hair dryer and straightener in the bathroom

The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning, which seemed not to be fully functional yet – probably due to the transitional period between winter and summer

The room was originally for three people, but two people checked in; the front desk asked us to change it to a room for four people, which was a bit unreasonable.

I feel this holiday is what you make of it, there is so many beautiful sites to see and the hotel is situated between plenty of modes of transport either on the same side of the lake or across the lake

This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel - you get what you pay for and the people who complain should spend more money and stay elsewhere

Loved the place - upgraded for very little extra and had a large and beautiful room overlooking the lake. Food was ok - not haute cuisine but as I have said you get what you pay for

Restaurant was large with plenty of seating. Meal times based on buffet style all you can eat menu. The food quality was average but varied. A few dishes tasted rather poor ect pork hock tasted dried out

Beautiful hotel, beautiful setting. Staff are friendly and helpful, all speak English if you don't speak Italian. Food is tasty and filling which is what you need if you're doing a lot of walking around on trips

The view of the lake is amazing, just a delight! Even despite the noisy road, at night with the windows closed it’s very ok) In front of the hotel there is a very nice garden and there is a working, clean swimming pool

This hotel is located in such a pretty area on the lake, there’s a long stretch that takes you to a few restaurants and a beautiful park. The ferry dock is also just a 15 minute walk away, very easy to get to

There is a swimming pool to the side which looked lovely but we did not have time to use. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and all spoke English

Just returned from a week's stay booked through Newmarket Holidays. The hotel was lovely and clean and in a good location. There are lovely gardens to the front which were very nice to sit and have a drink or even eat in

Its along the Lago di Como greenway walk which was fantastic and has some great restaurants and bars all walkable distances along a flat path. Would have no hesitation staying here again or reccommeneding to others!

Only downside was pool and spa closed on Monday's until 3 but apart from that great! Breakfast was lovely too with a wide selection of things to choose from- something for everyone

Fantastic hotel perfect location right at Jamaica beach, wonderful staff, very reasonable prices on food and wine, restaurant does the nicest Caesar salad in the world, will definitely be back, there is also a little tram that takes you down to Sirmione center for a euro, brilliant place to visit

No frills hotel but perfect location with a pool and private access to the beach. The rooms were clean, the front desk service helpful and accommodating, and lunch and dinner at the hotel were quite good

The hotel's prime location and beautiful views of Lake Garda were perfect, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible service from Sebastian (Seba)

The location is directly on the lake side. Very nice sunsets if the weather is good. Wellness area is not big, maximum for 8 persons. 2 swimming pools for adults and children

Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated

10 minutes from hotel is city center with restaurants and ship to different parts of lake

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money

However the rest of our stay was mixed, we had lovely service from three of the staff who were mainly based at the bar/casual restaurant however one waitress in particular was rude throughout and receptionist was unpleasant

Room with view of lake was brilliant, and for its size the hotel wipes the floor with a lot of UK 3*. Food was fair, pool adequate, jacquzzi intermittent

There is a small convenience store about 30 metres from the hotel for picking up some snacks and drinks etc. The ferry port for Tremezzo is literally across the street, about 30 seconds from the hotel

Perfect little hotel right on the edge of Lake Como. The balcony rooms have a simply stunning view of the lake. The rooms are reasonable size

There are bus stops also very close to the hotel. This hotel is excellent value for money
