Even though its not located at the city center of Milano , i am always happy to stay at UNA hotel , rooms are spacious, reception always smiling , breakfast is good , the restaurant that serves dinner always up to expectation. Will definitely stay here again

Good rooms, but there were many dissatisfying points. 1. Stayed for 11 days, and there was no change in the breakfast menu. 2. The bedsheets were not changed for 11 days 3. If cups were used, there was no cleaning of cups done. 4. There was no refill provided for coffee/tea/sugar for making coffee in the room. The kettle could not be used inspite of having a kettle.

We had a pleasant one night stay. In a very nice , clean and quiet room 5214. The bed was comfy and large. All very good. We will book again when we next visit the EICMA show

Very nice resort with four nine hole courses and a par three course. Golf courses Yellow, White, and Red (didn’t play the blue) were in very nice condition. Hotel rooms were very nice, however, internet service was limited and not strong enough for reliable service. Booked a day at the pool with my 6 months old baby, my best friend and her kid. The place is unreal. Very clean, relaxing and beautiful. The receptionist helped us when we got there, explained everything we needed to know, where we were allowed to go and the things we could’ve done. A nice place even tough everything you see is fake - it's all plastic, drawers are not openable and the fire place is not usable. They are service minded and the pool area is perfect. The bed was too soft. The ac in the room (suite) was quite and gave a good temperature. The golf restaurant was nice, but no area with ac. We came with a baby (5 moths) and it worked perfectly! (We didn't golf)

Spiders everywhere, no maid came to clean our room, ceiling in the bedroom is very low, no groceries or restaurants near by except the resort's restaurant that by the way the servers are quite rude

The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with a bedroom and a living room. There is a nice Sri Lankan young man. We were able to enter around 11 o'clock. There is a dark-skinned, somewhat plump woman who is very polite and clearly racist towards Arabs. The breakfast buffet is suitable and of course the coffee is very good. The people are very friendly.

There are MRT and tram stations near the hotel, which is quite convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city. The room is large but lacks maintenance. The breakfast selection is ok, and the breakfast room has been renovated.

The hotel is clean, and few people stay very quiet, we stayed in the ordinary room large space, with 37 square meters, a large sofa, a dining table, and a kitchen. Overall comfortable, not expensive, I will stay again if I have the chance. The disadvantage is that it is not a busy area. However, it is very convenient to change to the subway and young tracks.

The hotel is located a bit far from the train station (taxi ~25 euros) The metro is not nearby. But there is a supermarket and a restaurant with delicious pizza nearby. Stayed here for 2 and a half week. Pretty nice rooms, nothing to brag about but still a nice place to be. The kitchen was very under equipped. No frying pan, only 2 boiling pots. You do have a microwave though so that was a big plus. Nothing to do the dishes with, you'll have to buy or bring your own. The location is very meh, some abandoned buildings nearby which makes it feel more shady than it is...

Good option when need to travel outside the city during the day and enjoy some time close to the center during late afternoon/evening. Not easy to reach the place by foot, so that is ideal when having a car. Big apartments with nice balcony, despite the views are not that good

We were travelling with a toddler, which made moving from the hotel difficult. Foodwise, there aren't many options, especially for breakfast. If you want to buy vegetables or fruit, you need to drive to the city. The kids pool has a depth of 80cm, which was too deep for our toddler. The quiet pool wasn't really quiet. Despite the signs, there would be always teenagers around, who would jump and scream...

Everything was amazing! Accomation clean and modern, quiet and kids happy on the slides and pools and lake. Not great if you want entertainment as there is no entertainment and only 1 restaurant/bar but for us that wasnt an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff could not be more helpful! The best resort for the very first time in the Lake Garda. Clean, comfort and pretty room with big terrace. Huge and clean pool, perfect late night swimming. Very polite and friendly people/staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and super fresh. I would recommend it 10/10.

Goof situation, not so far from the lake. The kitchen is not ok at all. Restaurant is very expensive. Everything else is perfect.

Modern room that was somewhat on the small size for a family of four, but the lay out and solution made it work. Spacious bathroom with a shower only. Very clean room! First floor apartments have private entertainment area that are hedged in for privacy. Good sized pool with 140cm depth. A smaller 70cm pool for kids. Restaurant was decent, but quite expensive. Visited for a long weekend. The staff at the apartments arranged for our group's transfers from/to the airport & the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. The journey took around 40 mins & on arrival we were taken straight to our apartments. Spent quite a bit of time here..lots good about this quaint place.. Staff, service and support top rate.. Secure, clean rooms and a very good location with excellent travel connections. Reasonably-priced and the Wifi is adequate. Laundry in basement is very handy.. The big issue is soundproofing.. AC equipment operation, high heels clanking and the sound of adjacent rooms loos flushing come to mind...

The climate of the place, owner and all services. The apartments were really great, undeground parking helps us during frost. The owner brings us a fresh bread every morning and invited us for a dinner. Can you expect more ? :).

Best appartment ever, all bookings come with two free diners and free access to the great wellness arena. In the summer you can ride downhill bikes to the mottolino and ride back to the place from the trails.

True Italian Hospitality. Very friendly owner who makes live easy at your stay. His brother ownes mountain planet, rental skies are being delivered at the accomodation, and returned the last day. The spa in the basement is awesome. The dinner evenings in the Taverne are unbelievable. This is why we love Livigno!!

Beautiful place Luxury accomodation with lots of space and great food

Great location and hostess- Veronica. We were traveling with a baby, and were given a baby bed, chair, toys and special carpet for the floor. Our apartment was on the ground floor, but still it was warm and cozy.

Appartment house well away from Livigno center. It is very basic-no owen, blow drier, carpets in the bathroom (very cold floor), just enough cutlery, we had to ask for towels. A great place for a winter stay with the family. Close to the first ski bus, close to restaurants and a ski bus stop. Small parking lot But there was always room. Apartments very spacious, fully equipped building in a quiet neighborhood so you sleep very well. I recommend this place to stay :)

The apartments are spacious and clean (some walls may need repainting). The only drawback is the location - too few buses in the morning going to the ski slopes. Often they did not stop because they were full to the max, and the same number of people were waiting at the stop.

Private parking and also possibility to charge an electric car for 10Euro per charge. Very nice and welcoming staff all around. We had a standard apartment with two bedrooms which was totally okay but next time we probably would choose a deluxe apartment. But all in all it's a very nice accommodation with a lot of space for kids to play and walk around. The service was very nice. And Moniga di Garda fortunately is not that overcrowded yet like other places at Garda Lake.

An excellent location with a beautiful view of the Garda Lake. A five-minute walk will take you to the harbour, where there are some very good restaurants, and a 15-minute walk will take you to the supermarket. Two pools and underground parking were included with our apartment, which was well equipped.

Cost of hotel is quite reasonable, but going from train station to hotel was quite a mess, the hotel coild not explain properly how to get there, which I half way up the old town. Unless you have no luggage, taking a taxi is the most convenient . The taxi stand is to the right side along the train station. The apartment was very clean , spacious and tidy, fit for a family. No parking near the hotel, the only place to park is about 7 min walk from the place and we had to do several rounds with the car to find a suitable spot.

We (3 children and 2 adults) have been here for the second time and are very satisfied with everything. From the reception to our bungalow, the view, the quiet location and the family atmosphere. Since the site has gates that can only be opened with a corresponding transponder and are always closed, you can let the children run free after a short exploration of the path. Stunning views, nice pool and some friendly staff. That's it. We stayed for 4 nights in July. Rooms are dated but super clean with nice panoramic balconies. We took half board. Food is ok but not great. Some deserts were only alcoholic so our daughter missed out. All the coffee is bad. Receptionist hates her job. Tip. Walk down to the next village Cafe for great coffee.

I have stayed at this Residence in the occasion of the Salone del Mobile; overall I had a good experience. L' apartment was more spacious than other residence, the calm and discreet environment. The reception was good, I also had the chance to hold up late in the morning, the apartment on the day of departure. In the area there are also a couple of good restaurants. Good quality price ratio.
