Lombardy, Milan, Piazza Della Repubblica 17 🧭 Map
A wonderful place to stay We love this hotel - everything is wonderful from the moment you arrive. You are treated with the ultimate care and attention by the staff and the environment is beautiful.
Great hotel, rooms are spacious, very clean. Classic interior. Staff really helpful and issues addressed immediately. Walking distance to the centre and great shuttle service by the hotel. Unmentioned voluntary staff contribution on the final receipt was an unpleasant surprise.
Very convenient while in Milan
Milan's old five-star hotel, no doubt about it, just go!
I have been many times in 5-star hotels, but this place Is just another level in terms of service. The team here is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much.
Sophisticated and elegant, this hotel grew on me during my stay due to the high service levels provided by many staff members. Things did not get off to a great start due to a rather chaotic check in, but my room was lovely and dinner at the Ancanto was delicious, as was breakfast there the next morning. Got to be honest, I think this is much more of a business hotel than leisure and if you are in...

The hotel is well located. There is a metro station nearby and a convenient road to the center. But the hotel itself is old and needs renovation. The furniture is worn out, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable, the soundproofing between the rooms is terrible. In fact, there is none. There is construction opposite, which begins at 7 am. At 9 am, repair work begins inside the hotel. After that...
Huge interior clean and welcoming
The hotel is close to the lotto subway station. Although it is not close to the cathedral and the Last Supper, you can take the red line subway to get there directly. Another advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to San Siro. After watching the game, you can walk back to the hotel in 20 minutes without having to squeeze on the subway. The hotel price is moderate, not expensive among five...
It is close to the center of Milan, the front desk service is very good, the breakfast is super rich and delicious 😋, and the room is also OK. But the parking fee is a bit outrageous, 57 euros 💶 a night.
There was a staff member named Marcus guarriera, who was super nice, very careful and kind. He cared about me very much. After knowing that I was afraid to go out at night, he actually drove me out, and he even asked for leave to go out. 55555555 so touching, I will never forget this hotel
This hotel is very good in Europe, close to the subway, convenient to the city, good service attitude, rich breakfast, Facilities: slippers Sanitation: clean Service: thoughtful Environment: surrounding restaurants with favorable prices

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations after traveling from the US for 36 hours we couldn’t wait to get to our room since we were traveling with our 2 year old. Vittoria at the front desk and her co worker couldn’t have been sweeter to our daughter at check in. They were super friendly and even gave our daughter a toy to play with. The room is super and the view is spectacular do yourself a favor...
Amazing rooms, breakfast is a buffet style and you can order omelette or other eggy things. They offered to make us a packed lunch for our coach tour to Como but we declined as we were leaving at that moment. Staff were great and the rooms spotless.
Great hotel and very convenient as we are traveling around Italy via train. Breakfast options although not very extensive it was delicious
This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those...
Great bed very comfortable. Loved the shuttle service to the town center (book ahead on site). Terrace food was SO good!! Convenient access to the train station too. Loved the amenities including the pool, sauna and salt room. Didn’t really know how to use the ice room. Spa services needed reservation days ahead such as manicure pedicure massage so didn’t get any (also quite expensive)
We stayed at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia Milan for four nights. Chiara, Gabriel at the front desk have been super friendly and helpful. Veronica from Guest Services was amazing. All staff always try their best to help and accommodate no matter how busy they are. The breakfast is very good. Location is very central and super convenient. Will definitely be staying at the Excelsior next time i am in...

The hotel itself was lovely and staff very pleasant. However, if you stay there, be aware that your room may have the same issues ours did (see pictures). Once we reported the issue to the front desk staff, nothing more than a "oh, sorry" was offered. Not what was expected at this level of property but is what will keep us from staying there again. EDIT: Thank you to the staff for replying to my review...
Westin Palace Milan is one of the best hotels in Italy for Marriott Bonvoy members (we live in Italy). We love love love this hotel and travel to Milan from our home in Pisa ONLY to stay in this hotel for special occasions. Literally… we come to Milan ONLY to stay in this hotel for holidays because we know they always go above and beyond for us. The staff, the treatment we receive, the gorgeous rooms...
The staff at reception were cordial and accommodating at check in. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The shower is walk in which is a plus for me rather than bathtub. The breakfast has nice variety of buffet items and fresh juices. They encourage guests to have some takeaways with them. That is generous of them. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the central railway station which has...
The stay was alright. I think the prices in Milan are too high for some basic facilities. Overall, it could be better. During the stay, we witnessed how the staff at the reception were mocking Asian tourists behind their backs. I think it's unacceptable. We also think the reception staff could be more helpful and informative. We had the case with a delievery of the goods to Germany, and it took forever...
Great Hotel overall, delicious breakfast and nice rooms. The service was not up to 5-star standard though. We ordered food to the Hotel quite late one evening after a long day of travel and the receptionist forced us to leave our room and come down to the reception in robes to collect our food. We had both had good experiences with food delivery in other hotels and were expecting the food to be delivered...
We had a lovely two night stay at Westin Palace, from the check-in experience, Nicole was extremely kind and helpful even walking us to our rooms. I was initially worried about the cleanliness of the rooms due to past reviews but our room was spotless, although the washroom was a bit dated however, it was spacious and the amenities offered were plenty. The quilt and bedding are made of synthetic fiber, and the toilet paper is very thin like the ones used in public toilets. The bed sheet is torn. After turning off the lights at night, I found that the door of the room was open, and the wind and sound from the corridor blew into the room. This hotel cut corners on details everywhere. Maybe this kind of fashion hotel is more fake five-star.
Nice room decor and friendly service!
The location was good, clean room with excellent services.
Review: ★★★★★ Our stay at Milan Il Duca was nothing short of exceptional! We booked the Junior Suite, and it exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless, with meticulous attention to cleanliness, and the atmosphere was absolutely enchanting—elegant, relaxing, and luxurious. I stayed there for a week and felt like home away from home by the great hospitality shown by all staff front desk, room service staff. They smile, greet and show you are welcomed. Breakfast was very good and the service team too. This hotel has an exceptional location with central station just a walk away. I would highly recommend it to anyone solo or families looking for stay in Milan.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even though there was a minor misunderstanding. I had booked a room through an application, but upon arrival, the room was different from what I expected due to the app. Despite this, the hotel graciously upgraded my room, which I deeply appreciated. We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zelo in Milan, and were lucky enough to be served by Remus – and we can confidently say: he is the best waiter we have ever encountered. Our stay at the Four Seasons Milano was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Milan’s Old Town, with some of the best shopping in the world just steps away. Culture, shopping, and architecture are all at one stop. The hotel is fantastic, and the service is terrific—they greet you by name, and the room service is not to be missed. You are steps to everything. From the time you walk out the door it is eye candy architecture.
ruly a wonderful experience. the location is wonderful, with attention to the smallest details, with a fairytale cloister. The staff, what can I say?! Fantastic, they are attentive to all the guests' needs, very kind, never intrusive. Really perfect.
Outstanding hotel with top notch service. Highly recommend. We stayed here for 2 nights and were upgraded to a junior suite in the remodeled part of the hotel. The room was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and so quiet. The staff at the hotel is what makes it stand out. We loved the pool, spa and restaurant. Can’t wait to return.

Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again.
Location is a bit far from city. Apparently extra 1 bottled water is chargeable in this hotel after such a premium pricing. Would explore the other hotel in a more strategic location next time, considering this level of service after paying this price.
The concierge was very helpful. I loved the swimming pool and the spa although it was a but small. Location was great and right next to the design museum and tram links.
Wonderful, modern hotel. A+ service. Location is adjacent to Chinatown but out of the way. Good news is the M5 subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and super EZ to navigate. The POOL on the roof is FANTASTIC when the weather is scorching. Literally, amazing to have that available.
Amazing staff and beautiful hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at the PH Milan. Upon arriving to the hotel, everyone is absolutely fantastic and takes care of the bags immediately. We checked in with Stefano who was very helpful. We were traveling with children and he helped us get situated into a room earlier so that they can have their nap. It was small attention to detail in regards to our stay that made this such a wonderful experience...
I would say this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had—not just one of the best, but truly the most enjoyable. Park Hyatt is always known for luxury, but the Milan property is on another level. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Perfect location, amazing & attentive staff, beautiful rooms, top notch Globalist breakfast (and I never get breakfast at hotels but went every day), very nice spa and fitness center, and probably the best hotel room service I’ve had in I don’t know how long. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Milan!
Park Hyatt Milan was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Italy. The rooms in foreign countries are generally small. It was good to travel abroad during the May Day holiday. The service was very good, the customer service was very gentle, and the overall feeling was good. But it was a holiday. The price is still a bit high

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The property is really beautiful and because its set back from the main road feels wonderfully quiet and private. The gym, pool and spa were the perfect start and end to the day.
I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Milan for five nights and at the Mandarin Oriental in Como for two nights. Both experiences were incredible. However, I must give special compliments to the team at the Mandarin Oriental Milan, especially to Enrico, the hotel manager, who was extremely courteou, he made a point of personally greeting us, escorting us to our room, and seeing us off when we left....
We had a very relaxing four nights at the hotel in Milan. Room was very well appointed and the location of the hotel wonderful for walking to all the important sights. Breakfast was excellent. The location is good, but the facilities are not that great. If it's not a gallery view, it's a bit too noisy during construction and there was no word of apology. Only a female employee wearing glasses was kind enough to respond.

I traveled to Europe for a week and attended the Milan Furniture Fair. The Bulgari Hotel was pretty good. Except for the high price, the accommodation was comfortable and the breakfast was OK. I will consider it next time.
As expected of Bulgari, the environment is great, it is suitable for friends to discuss things, and the service is good
You kind of know what you’re getting at a Bulgari property and if you’re a Bulgari person you’ll love it. Stylish, polished service, sleek design…it’s all very Instagrammable. It’s quiet - tucked down a private side street - but it’s in a convenient location: La Scala is about 10 minutes away, and the swanky shops of Via Monte Napoleone, even less. French Toast at breakfast was outstanding although...
The world's first Bulgari, the hotel interior is beautiful, although not big, but the atmosphere is very good. I like its small garden the most, many people drink and chat here at night, very chill. The restaurant food is also delicious

Hotel looks good but nothing special compared to others. Location isn't the best. Breakfast was acceptable. Bed was very nice an pleasant. They were hosting a party and guests were bumping into other people, loud music and unexpected atmosphere.
loved the breakfast, everything was fresh; warm and tasty. especially enjoyed the green mint tea. the rooms are nice as well but it could honestly be better considerinf the price.
Unfortunately, this place was a disappointment. We planned a couple of days in Milan and were excited to be staying at this five-star hotel. Quite honestly, there was nothing star about this hotel. We had a Junior Suite with a sofa bed. The hotel had dark decor the rooms were tired and dusty, breakfast was very disappointing. It was a 25 minute walk into the centre. While the hotel is pleasant enough...
Such a well designed, clean and spacious hotel with very considered interior design. Loved staying here as it was very comfortable and the staff were beyond amazing and hospitable! Ahmad and Jean were very welcoming and helpful whenever we need anything from restaurant recs to a coffee to a perk us up! this is definitely a hotel I’m so glad to have found will be visiting again when back in Milan- highly...
