Great hotel, rooms are spacious, very clean. Classic interior. Staff really helpful and issues addressed immediately. Walking distance to the centre and great shuttle service by the hotel. Unmentioned voluntary staff contribution on the final receipt was an unpleasant surprise.

The hotel is close to the lotto subway station. Although it is not close to the cathedral and the Last Supper, you can take the red line subway to get there directly. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations after traveling from the US for 36 hours we couldn’t wait to get to our room since we were traveling with our 2 year old. Vittoria at the front desk and her co worker couldn’t have been sweeter to our daughter at check in. They were super friendly and even gave our daughter a toy to play with. Amazing rooms, breakfast is a buffet style and you can order omelette or other eggy things. They offered to make us a packed lunch for our coach tour to Como but we declined as we were leaving at that moment. Staff were great and the rooms spotless.

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Great bed very comfortable. Loved the shuttle service to the town center (book ahead on site). Terrace food was SO good!! Convenient access to the train station too. Loved the amenities including the pool, sauna and salt room. Didn’t really know how to use the ice room. Spa services needed reservation days ahead such as manicure pedicure massage so didn’t get any (also quite expensive)

The hotel itself was lovely and staff very pleasant. However, if you stay there, be aware that your room may have the same issues ours did (see pictures). The stay was alright. I think the prices in Milan are too high for some basic facilities. Overall, it could be better. The quilt and bedding are made of synthetic fiber, and the toilet paper is very thin like the ones used in public toilets. The bed sheet is torn. After turning off the lights at night, I found that the door of the room was open, and the wind and sound from the corridor blew into the room. This hotel cut corners on details everywhere. Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. Location is a bit far from city. Apparently extra 1 bottled water is chargeable in this hotel after such a premium pricing. Would explore the other hotel in a more strategic location next time, considering this level of service after paying this price.

Wonderful, modern hotel. A+ service. Location is adjacent to Chinatown but out of the way. Good news is the M5 subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and super EZ to navigate. The POOL on the roof is FANTASTIC when the weather is scorching. Literally, amazing to have that available.

Boscolo Milano is perfectly located near the city center. The metro station is only a few blocks away. The rooms are huge and there is a great spa with steam room, sauna and pool.

The hotel is stunning. Immaculate and elaborate. The architecture and design are incredible; they don;t make hotels like this anymore. We loved the thermal bath/spa, all included with your room rate. My only advice is go on a weekday, if you can. We were there on a Saturday, and 95% of people in spa were there on a day pass; they weren't hotel guests, so spa was packed. I traveled to Europe for a week and attended the Milan Furniture Fair. The Bulgari Hotel was pretty good. Except for the high price, the accommodation was comfortable and the breakfast was OK. I will consider it next time.

The world's first Bulgari, the hotel interior is beautiful, although not big, but the atmosphere is very good. I like its small garden the most, many people drink and chat here at night, very chill. The restaurant food is also delicious

Location, room view, service are all very good

Hotel looks good but nothing special compared to others. Location isn't the best. Breakfast was acceptable. Bed was very nice an pleasant. They were hosting a party and guests were bumping into other people, loud music and unexpected atmosphere.

loved the breakfast, everything was fresh; warm and tasty. especially enjoyed the green mint tea. the rooms are nice as well but it could honestly be better considerinf the price.

Unfortunately, this place was a disappointment. We planned a couple of days in Milan and were excited to be staying at this five-star hotel. Quite honestly, there was nothing star about this hotel. Such a well designed, clean and spacious hotel with very considered interior design. Loved staying here as it was very comfortable and the staff were beyond amazing and hospitable!
