Despite the problems we had with the booking, the people from the hotel were more than friendly and helped us to make our stay at an enviable level. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its staff. My father had a medical episode while on holiday, and the staff in the Radisson Blu went above and beyond to help him, my mother and myself in any way they could. I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast. i give this super hotel four stars due to greta service and it’s oh-so comfortable rooms. There is nice terrace too. When it comes to breakfast you can have your fill of the usual food, plus some interesting specialities . The only thing is it’s a bit of a strange location with few tourist attractions nearby, but the tram runs regularly to the centre.

Wonderful staff. Pool and hot tub looking at the alps. World class restaurant with delightful bar staff. Again with a magnificent view. Historic building tastefully renovated. Wow. There was a conference there during our stay. It’s the first conference I’ve ever wished I could have gone to.

Stayed 2 nights here while in Milan. New modern building with modern amenities and good sized rooms. Helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. Decent location, about a 45 minute ride to the city centre on the tram, which was just around the corner. Didn't seem like alot going on in the area, but felt safe. Good hotel for the price.

A little far from centre of the city but worth for the money if you need just accomodation.

Great location, just a short walk from the Duomo and main shopping areas. However, service and breakfast were quite average. If you are vegetarian, note that options are limited… apart from few fruits, there’s not much else.

Wonderfully appointed, super clean, wonderful staff. As we were only in Milan for one night we wanted to be centrally located, this was perfect.

A super clean hotel, close to everything, supermarket too. They have 2 sessions, definitely has to stay in the "new wing". Breakfast room is crowded after 9am, so go early!

with 4 stars hotel I think it’s fine

Minutes walk to the great DUOMO. WAS there before sunrise, as only 10 minutes walk. Amazing.
