The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, making it super convenient to get to Milan Cathedral by subway or to walk to the train/high-speed rail station. Excellent hotel with clean and big rooms. Location is also very close to the Train Station and if you are travelling from Milano just take the z301-bus and it will stop 1 min walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was also good, but quite simple.

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. The location is stunning, there's lots of free car parking. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the room was modern with great facilities. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and buffet dinner, with lots of choice for both. Drinks are good value, and there's a singer on every evening.

Everything was lovely, except for the man at the hotel's à la carte restaurant. He refused to give us a table for dinner and simply turned us away. Clean, Good location and service

We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery. Tremezzo is so much more chill than Varenna ( the worst ) and Bellagio. Just that it is a bit harder to reach here if you don't drive.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La Darsena where I’d just come from.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to ferry terminal and bus station. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking views of lake Como. The overall stay was nice. The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.

The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.

There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact.

The hotel service was very thoughtful, and the facilities were okay, but the downside was the lack of disposable slippers and toiletries. However, the location is great, not far from the train station and subway. The front desk even gave out snacks before Christmas.
