It's located in the center of Milan, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. I was wondering whether to stay at Spadao or this one, but I think I made the right choice. Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. I loved it and definitely would like to come back to it again.

We had a wonderful 2 bed/2.5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. Good hotel, but the location is very far from the center and you need to take the bus to get to the subway

The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.

Clean but the room was tiny. Basic amenities ( TV and hairdryer and towels) no fridge, kettle available. Central location. The room had horrible soundproofing ( u can hear every step of your upstairs neighbor and every door slam ) The street where the hotel is located was a bit noisy.

Space was very tight fitting but functional. It was for an overnight stay - fly in and drive away in the morning so it suited us. We don’t hang in a room it’s just to sleep. So would recommend. Always presentable, clean and friendly company. Appreciate the compliment water and tea. Not all hotels in the chain offer this.

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out. Very centrally located. Can walk you most places. We had an issue with our room, and the changed it. Same size but better layout. The air con in this room was far better. Great breakfast. I stayed 8 nights for a business trip. The location isn’t very central but it’s not bad either, 15 min taxi ride from most tourist spots. I believe the hotel is being renovated but it didn’t really affect me much. I’m guessing I was in a new room - ok size. Clean with everything I needed. Tea/coffee, stocked mini bar that worked well and actually chilled things! Gowns, slippers and amenities. Only a shower though - I prefer a bath and no shelve to put your things on in the shower. The room is clean and hygienic. It takes about 16 minutes to walk to the subway station. There are supermarkets nearby. It is generally convenient.

Great location. Spacious room with fridge and safe. View from window towards Milano Centrale was fantastic. Soundproof windows were good at minimizing the loud noise of trams. However, low water pressure. The decorative colored lights outside the windows were too bright at night. AC could be loud. Bring your own toiletries for better shampoo.

The rooms are nice, it’s located very close to Central Station which makes it very easy to move around, but also it’s a quiet part of the zone which is great. The attention from the manager could be better, not very nice. Everyone else was ok.

This was an excellent hotel, especially the staff. The staff alongside with the hotel itself was the magnificent thing. The room services were spot on and on time. The breakfast was very good, the staff would bring stuff you request to your tables.

Hotel is perfectly fine but is 20 min by foot from the metro station (don't believe Google maps you can't cut through) and at least 30 from the entrance of the concert area, which is the main reason to book this hotel. It's quite a dull walk, in a particularly uninteresting part of the city.

Its quite out of the way and about 25mins drive from the city but its right next to the convention hall. Do bring along your own kettle as you would probably be given only one bottle of water throughout your stay. Staff is friendly and service is reasonable.

Super modern hotel with great facilities, great breakfast & great staff at the reception. Only issue is accessibility getting to the hotel. Hotel needs to add a shuttle service from the metro. Very difficult to find the hotel upon exiting the metro; will have to go around the Milano Fiera walking about 20min to get to the hotel. With minor improvement, this hotel has great potentials. 👍👍

Good hotel The location is good, walking distance from Rho fiera Milano. Though Rooms are small Staff is helpful but no bell boy is available like most of the European Hotels unlike India where Guest is treated as dev. It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. Far from airport but good place to stay on business trips. One asian (may be indian or Pakistani or bangladeshi staff was little rude in the breakfast area) despite me being an India. Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Have a bit of an interesting stay of 5 nights. Hotel definitely need to update their rooms. Fixtures are old and very used. Even though I got upgraded, the room seems like it has been unused for a long time. There was dust on switches and the hot water took forever to get hot. Yellow coloured water was coming out of the taps for a while. Energy saving was triggered for my room, and every 10 minutes...

I don't recall ever being made to feel so special in a hotel. The staff were excellent. Other hotels should strive to be more like the Grand Doria Hotel. The staff here are excellent. Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious, the service was fast, kind and polite. We arrived earlier and were checked-in rather than made to wait until the correct time. They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan. I recommend!

Loved our stay here. It was a short walk to and from the main station. They upgraded our room to a Junior Suite. It was very spacious. The hotel has an old world charm and is very good value for money, a buffet breakfast was included. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom! Very clean, helpful staff, and close to the airport. On a staff members advice, we walked the first evening until late--we felt completely safe, which may reflect the character of the city. Modern and clean hotel with nice public spaces. Good lounge, breakfast and happy hour for elite members. Rooms are loud. I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi. The hotel is located 20 min drive from downtown or 45 min by public transportation. Luckily, the hotel provides shuttle services in the morning at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and return shuttle at 6 PM. Certainly, not a walking distance from the city center (Duomo et al). Check-in not very fast, there is also nobody to help you with the parking (which is quite expensive btw - 35 euro per night). Room was ok, although we missed a balcony.

Although the room was well equipped and quite large, we found it not to be particularly clean (what you would expect from a 4-star hotel) and a little dated for the price. We have just come back from an amazing week. Our room was comfortable, tidy and large. We had a large balcony unfortunately the furniture wasn't very comfortable to sit on for very long periods. Great service so far (2 days in to a 7 day stay). Whilst the guests here are mainly German or Austrian, all staff speak and understand English and are always happy to help and assist. So far so good... 😁 The hotel is set on the hillside above Lake Garda and therefore could pose issues to the less mobile. To compensate, the Hotel does provide a shuttle bus service to and from Limone centre.

It was an excellent experience, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great , the food the cleanliness of the room , they do have a children’s animation and my kids were so happy. Everything was top 👍🏻
