Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. I loved it and definitely would like to come back to it again.

We had a wonderful 2 bed/2.5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. I stayed 8 nights for a business trip. The location isn’t very central but it’s not bad either, 15 min taxi ride from most tourist spots. I believe the hotel is being renovated but it didn’t really affect me much. I’m guessing I was in a new room - ok size. Clean with everything I needed. Tea/coffee, stocked mini bar that worked well and actually chilled things! Gowns, slippers and amenities. Only a shower though - I prefer a bath and no shelve to put your things on in the shower. Very convenient grocery store across the road.

The room is clean and hygienic. It takes about 16 minutes to walk to the subway station. There are supermarkets nearby. It is generally convenient.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The hotel is located 20 min drive from downtown or 45 min by public transportation. Luckily, the hotel provides shuttle services in the morning at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and return shuttle at 6 PM. Great service so far (2 days in to a 7 day stay). Whilst the guests here are mainly German or Austrian, all staff speak and understand English and are always happy to help and assist. So far so good... 😁 The hotel is set on the hillside above Lake Garda and therefore could pose issues to the less mobile. I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Milano a number of times over the last two years. The rooms are clean, comfortable and attractive. Rates are consistently a bit on the high side especially considering this is a Hilton Garden Inn branded property. Hotel staff are very helpful. Restaurant is consistenly poor with incredibly over-priced food.

We stayed at Lefay hotel as part of our honeymoon, from the moment we stepped food in the building we were welcomed by the team there. The whole stay the staff where professional and attentive and there was no stone unturned to ensure we felt happy with our time there. We felt relaxed and had time to unwind during our time at Lefay and would absolutly go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed just one day to celebrate our anniversary. We were lucky with weather and we enjoyed the beautiful view, the pools and the spa. The room was simply perfect, the service discreet but efficient and the structure is stunning.

There the stairs was OK, but the things about the room service is really bad because we ordered food after midnight and they bring it. It’s already made and it’s dry and really bad. The chicken was too much hard and it’s just a club sandwich. But overall the place and everything in the Cleaning and they are friendly nice people, but the first guy who has welcome us. Overall Hilton Lake Como is wonderful. The service is very nice. Breakfast is more than ample. The rooms are well laid out, but don’t expect a view of the water unless you book a specific lake view room. You can still enjoy the spectacular view from the roof, but room lake view rooms are their own class and they only offer a 1 level Gold Status Upgrade unlike other Hilton and Hilton family hotels....

I would argue that this is one of the best hotels on the lake. We stayed in a suite facing the lake and I was pleasantly shocked. Car paring gate is not automatic sensor & not convenient for the guest.  Upgrade room for extra Euro400 per night for the lake view suite but the view is not really good, room is quite old.
