After reading the previous reviews I didn't have high hopes. The room was clean and the shower ok. Location is great. I didn't have breakfast. It wasn't as bad as the reviews made it to be.

I wonder in 2025 how anyone could offer me a room like the one I received. I entered and found a De Longhi penguin in the middle of the (very small) room, complete with a pipe and a hole in the glass. Unfortunately, the hole was much larger than the pipe, allowing hot air to leak back in, in addition to all the noise coming from the paid parking garage across the street. Unusable and noisy, and can only be activated from the front desk. More broken and dangerous glass. Broken shower handle, no slippers, and an empty fridge with no bottles of water. I will report your hotel to my company so it can be removed. Truly scandalous! The only positive is the location; otherwise, forget about it. Be careful, because in their responses to negative Google reviews, the owners naturally blame the damage on the guests, but if you go and look, the complaints are more or less always about the same things.

I highly recommend this hotel in the city center. The rooms are small and very nice, with all the comforts. The breakfast is excellent, with homemade cakes, croissants, savory options, and a wide variety of other items. Don't listen to the negative reviews written by idiots! Next time we visit Milan, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had a very nice stay for the price. The room was clean, the service was very friendly, and the homemade cakes for breakfast were delicious. The hotel is located in a seemingly local and authentic area, very relaxed and with locals going about their daily routines. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. I was lucky in that they provided a free breakfast.

I opted for the modern (assuming recently renovated) room when booking. It was a nice room, the staff were friendly and the location was good. It was a little confusing finding it when I first arrived as you need to ring the buzzer to access the gated entrance before going through the courtyard and upto the first floor to reception, it could do with being a bit clearer.

Cleanliness and helpfulness. Just 20 meters from the subway, convenient for reaching the city center in 10 minutes. Paid parking next to the hotel. Discounted parking for guests. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered that there was no hot water for the shower and, even more disgusting, I found hair in the bed that was clearly not mine. After reporting the problem to the front desk, I was told that it was best to avoid showering, without offering any concrete solutions. The next day I asked for the sheets to be changed, and was assured that it had been done. Too bad it was a lie, because I recognized the same dirty sheets as before. When I pointed this out, the staff was rude and treated me as if I were the problem. Furthermore, the room is full of dust, a sign of a rough cleaning. The customer service is non-existent and the attitude of the staff is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this hotel to anyone looking for a minimum of hygiene and professionalism.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Milan. My single room met my needs. Everything was perfect, located in a prime area of Milan, a 10-minute walk from the modern and charming City Life district. I will definitely consider this hotel for a future stay, even a longer one, in Milan.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. I booked a single room via booking (non-refundable), then called if I can change to a double room. I was told that this was no problem for a fee of 20 Euro which I thought was very fair. When I finally arrived without the second person, I offered to pay the extra price but I was told that I can have the double room for the single room price. The building does not appear very appealing, some clearer signs for the way to the hotel floor would be nice, but the reception area and my room are very modern and nicer than other hotels for the triple price
