Although it's old, the hotel and rooms were clean. The only amenities provided were soap and shampoo, but that seems to be the case in most Italian hotels. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. It's about a 3-minute walk from Porta Genova Station. It's convenient, but you can hear the tram running nearby.

Good location near the beautiful area Navigli. Room is very old and it’s noisy . But in general it was ok for one night. Breakfast was good!

The location is nice and safe but a bit far from the the metro station. My solo apartment had a very nice view on Milan! The price matched the room expectations. Had a great stay there

It's so-so, the environment is terrible.

The location was great, very close to a metro station. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and fruit. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was clean. However, the shower was a bit small. The room was also very noisy, as a lot of sound came through the closed door.

Location-Location-Location! Right in front of Porta Genova station, 3 minutes walk from the Tortona Area, tram to the center and a Carrefour next door. The rooms are indeed old, but overall well kept and it's really clean. The staff is amazing, cute, happy, smiling and willing to make your stay pleasurable. The breakfast was very nice (great cornetti!) and I was given water bottles for free. Will definitely recommend!

The hotel looks old and the room is small, but it works. The hotel's wifi has been unable to connect, and my phone and computer can't connect to the internet, which is not satisfactory. The breakfast is also very simple with few choices.
