Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The photos online are completely misleading—clearly staged and heavily edited. In reality, the hotel is outdated, shabby, and feels stuck in another era. The rooms have worn-out furniture, and a run-down feel.

The air conditioning doesn’t work at all, and based on the many reviews saying the exact same thing, this is clearly a long-standing issue. Yet the hotel staff acts as if it’s the first time they’re hearing it.

I ended up here only because of a cancelled flight, and it was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you have any choice, stay elsewhere.

A very nice kitch hôtel with patterned carpet and an old style feeling.
Rooms are small but ok.
Clean rooms and personal is helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel which is situated between the airport and the main train station. Breakfast was delicious and overall the place was great value. Would recommend!

I booked the night before my arrival, and they confirmed it quickly, no problems at all. I really liked the hotel. The room was small, but everything was clean and cozy. Cleaning was done daily, with clean towels, a made bed, and a bottle of water. The breakfast was modest, but there was plenty to choose from and it was delicious. The staff was polite and friendly, and there was a Russian-speaking employee. The WiFi was fast everywhere. It's a 2-kilometer walk to the central station and 1-kilometer walk to the street where all the shops start, very convenient. I also walked to the Duomo. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and trams and metro are also nearby. I highly recommend it!
Be prepared to pay a city tax everywhere, in addition to the hotel fee; this applies throughout Italy.
