Firstly, the room's lighting was inadequate, making it difficult to create a comfortable atmosphere. Enhancing the toilet facilities would also significantly improve guest comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, I found the elevator quite small. The breakfast offering lacked variety and would be nice to elevate the dining experience.
Overall, with some thoughtful adjustments to lighting, bathroom amenities, elevator capacity, and breakfast variety, UNA Hotels cusani Milano could significantly enhance the customer journey and provide a more memorable stay.
My one small grip was that the shower drain was slow. But the room was clean, light-filled and spacious so this was a small issue in an otherwise very good hotel experience.
The only minor downsides were the very small elevator, the carpets in the hallways, and the bathtub in the bathroom, which often caused water to spill on the floor, creating a risk of slipping.
Other than that, everything was great — a truly perfect experience overall.
