I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel, mainly due to their complete lack of empathy and flexibility.

My flight was cancelled for reasons completely beyond my control, and despite explaining the situation clearly and providing context, the hotel refused to offer any form of assistance, refund, credit, or even a reschedule. Not even a minimal gesture of goodwill.

In today’s travel reality, flight cancellations happen frequently, and a hotel’s true quality is measured by how it treats guests when unexpected issues arise. Unfortunately, this hotel chose rigid policies over basic human understanding.

The customer service was cold, unhelpful, and dismissive. I felt treated like a transaction rather than a guest. This experience left a very bad impression and completely ruined any trust I had in the hotel.

I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking, especially if there is any risk of travel disruption. If something goes wrong, don’t expect support or flexibility you will be on your own.

I will not be returning and will make sure others are aware of this experience.

Concierge was very responsive to my emails prior to my stay. However, upon check-in, even though there was a ‘concierge’ desk, there was no one manning the desk. Reception always busy. For a four star hotel, I can only say the location was excellent close to the Duomo. I had no hot water in my shower even though faucet was turned on for more than 10 mins. The fragrance from the lobby upon entering the hotel was a little strong and overbearing. The light switches in the room were very confusing and there was no place to put stuff in the toilet for the room they gave me. In general, I would not return

A very beautiful hotel in the heart of Milan.
Clean and well-maintained, with elevators available.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable.
The stay was absolutely wonderful.
The restaurant is delicious, and the view is simply breathtaking

The soundproofing is really bad. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. You can hear the light rail and cars outside the window, and all sorts of noises from the corridor. I ended up having to sleep with headphones on. However, it's convenient for shopping nearby.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent. When booking a room, you should specify a quiet room. The location is very close to the center.

Lovely staff, location close to trams.. nice shops etc around.. breakfast was really good.. I would recommend this hotel with breakfast and will certainly be re visiting this place again.. 😁

What a fantastic hotel stay, we stayed with our 2 children in a family room and it was brilliant, the room was great (room 810) and very clean, the staff were excellent and so helpful. It's 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and don't forget to get a Panzerotti from Luini (left of the Duomo), very very good. The breakfast at the hotel had so much choice and wonderful coffee! The rooftop restaurant was fantastic too. Lovely to have security on the main doors. There is music in the rooftop terrace every night which you can hear a bit but it didn't disrupt our sleep and the tram noises some complained about weren't a problem. You could see the mountains from our room window which was beautiful. 100% coming to stay here again! If you are a light sleeper then I expect the 9th floor is out for you.
