Room was clean! A bit outdated. Older receptionist wasn't too chatty or nice. Didn't Even say welcome when we first arrived. Others were really friendly. Ladies at breakfast were also really friendly. Location is good. Near everything. 20min walk to Duomo

The room was disappointing — the walls were cracked and there was a stale, old-furniture smell. It didn’t feel comfortable or well maintained.

Hotel Marconi is classical hotel.
There is the nice bar.

A Best Western with more marble. AC didn't work, and when it did... it couldn't go below 21 and would not stay on overnight. Mosquitos and flies in room causing us to wake up with bites. Some staff were friendly and room quality was okay. Generally clean and bed was fine.

Despite free rooms being available, I was given one above the kitchen, which meant daily noise starting at 5:30 AM. The shower drain didn’t work properly and wasn’t fixed despite reporting it. Breakfast was more typically Italian than European — mostly sweet options with some scrambled eggs and a few vegetables. On the positive side, the location is great, and the rooftop bar is a nice touch. One more downside: even when the AC is off, a light inside the vent stays on all the time, which is quite annoying at night.

Very close to the Central Train Station. So I chose it to take the train for the airport next day. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, just over 100 meters away from the train station, a 5-minute walk. The hotel has complete facilities, thoughtful room service, and a complete and high-quality toiletry set. In addition, the hotel has a gym, but it is charged separately.

This is a cracking hotel, quite luxurious, beautiful rooms, and a really good price for Milan. I've stayed here twice, and both times, I really enjoyed the accommodation.
It's 5 minutes from the main train station, there's a supermarket and bakery across the road, bars and restaurants nearby, but the main centre is either a 20 minute walk, or a subway ride away.
The only downside... sorry, the breakfasts are a bit miserable. Not much choice, and and my Latte was flat-cold on the 2nd day I was there. Quite nice cakes and croissants though.
I really do recommend this hotel though, and would happily stay here again.

Everything is great, but to have zero possibility for any snack, any room service etc in the evening is not acceptable for a 4☆ hotel
