Overall, it's a good hotel. The linens are comfortable, and the room size is just right. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It's very conveniently located, only a 5-minute walk to the Central Station, specifically on its southwest side. From here, you can catch airport buses to Bergamo and Linate airports. The Malpensa airport bus stop is on the other side of the station.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, being close to the train station. Milan is a major transportation hub in Italy, so it's super easy to get anywhere, and you can even take a bus directly from the airport to the hotel.

However, we had some unpleasant experiences during our stay. The toilet bin hadn't been emptied, and our door was accidentally opened by staff. But the hotel didn't offer any explanation or apology; whenever an issue came up, they'd just try to shirk responsibility until we gave up.

If it weren't for the prime location, I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Location is excellent. Just few minutes walk from main station, and near many restaurants.
Room is spacious. No issue to spread open 2 large luggages. Unfortunately was assigned the 1st floor unit with window opening out to almost street level.
Only issue is lack of essential power points besides bed.

The hotel was average but quite practical in its location. I feel the photos are much better than the reality of the hotel. I felt the breakfast room was a bit sad, and the choices just ok- not great. When I asked the waitress for a coffee creamer, she said they didn’t have any. They only had milk. Interestingly there were coffee creamers in the room itself. The decoration of the room needed updating.

Great place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very conveniently located being very near Milano Centrale train station (5 mins walk). The room was clean and had all the required amenities. This was my 2nd time here and I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m back in Milan.

Not a very pleasant stay I have to say - the room was small and the mattress was not very good either. Hotel staff not very hospitable either. But location was good - just 1 min walk from the station. So perfect for those who want to catch early trains.

I would be delighted to stay here again. Every time I visit Milan, I always choose this hotel. The location is excellent, situated right in front of the central station, making it very convenient for early morning travel. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive.

Loved this hotel. We were in Milan in August. It was so hot and this hotel was a cool oasis! Beautiful reception and bar area. Our room was very large with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and toiletries.
Excellent location for the central station. Would definitely stay here again.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.
