We drove there so transportation is not a concern for us. Theres carpark in the basement and charge is reasonable!
But we drove back on a Sunday night and there’s a football match. Roads were blocked and heavy traffic to drive back to hotel.
Room is ok but poor sound insulation. I could hear the sound next door at night and able to hear the sounds inside otherrooms when I walked in the corridor. Enough choices for breakfast.
Staffs looked cold at first but we encountered some emergency on the last night of our stay and they offered the best help! We really appreciated for the kindness of the front desk staffs.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the provision of in-room amenities, and the checking of bar shortages, hot drinks, and water were all inadequate, especially by the staff on the fourth floor. In short, the cleanliness was very poor.

We had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences ever at the Sheraton San Siro Milano.
We arrived at 6:30 PM, almost four hours after the official 3 PM check-in time, expecting to quickly drop our bags and head to the San Siro stadium for a game. Our reservation had already been confirmed, fully paid in advance, and everything should have been straightforward.
Instead, after asking for an extra €50 deposit (which is normal and not an issue), they casually informed us that our room would not be ready for another hour. At 6:37 PM. Hours past check-in time.
No email, no notification, no warning, nothing.
We explained that we had no time to wait because we needed to get to the stadium, and the only “compensation” they offered was an aperitivo… a drink. Not even a proper solution, no alternative room, no priority cleaning, nothing. Just a drink. And showed us where the bathroom is for us to change.
It honestly felt like a joke.
We needed a room to change clothes, refresh, and leave our luggage safely, but they didn’t care and didn’t offer any real help or workaround.
This is absolutely not the level of service you expect from a Sheraton. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I stayed at the Sheraton San Siro from 22–25 November, 2025, and was assigned Room 1203. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, but the drainage was extremely slow.
By the time I needed to step out, the water had still not drained, creating a hazardous and slippery situation. I had to exercise unnecessary caution just to exit the tub safely.
Additionally, the half screen design (for the shower) caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, making the area even more slippery and further increasing the risk of injury.
This is an unacceptable safety issue. Front Desk staff should proactively check with guests on whether they are comfortable with such bathroom setups, especially when the risks are so evident.
The hotel’s location also requires a €30–40 ride to reach downtown Milan. If not for my friend—whom I was not even meeting—being obliged to stay at this property, I would NEVER have chosen this hotel.

The hotel service was excellent, and the facilities were complete. The TV didn't necessarily have to show Italian channels; you could choose from YouTube channels. The breakfast had a wide variety of high-quality food, far exceeding the standards of a 4-star hotel and easily meeting 5-star standards. The only drawback was that it was a 20-minute walk from the subway station, but if you didn't want to rush to the subway after watching a game, it was an excellent choice.

Located outside the city center, the Sheraton Milan offers a stylish, modern appearance with spacious, comfortable rooms. The conference facilities are excellent and perfectly suited for interactive meetings or events. The restaurant serves very good food, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, though prices are on the higher side. Overall, a professional and comfortable stay ideal for both business and leisure.

Came here as a group I booked 3 rooms for us, arrived late in the afternoon gladly the rooms were ready, check in was fast and smooth, we received great support from the reception to modify our rate to the proper one which was cheaper for us so big thank you for that.
The rooms are spacious compared to most European hotels — very clean and comfortable. Our reservation included breakfast, which was just okay; nothing special. It was quite crowded and seemed a bit understaffed, so I didn’t enjoy it much.
The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Cathedral, which wasn’t an issue for us, but worth noting for those who prefer a more central location. The staff were very helpful — they even stored our large luggage for a couple of nights while we visited Lake Como, which we really appreciated.
We really didn’t like that we had to pay rent for the umbrellas!! Most hotels would provide umbrellas in the rooms but here we had to rent them for over 2 euros I believe!

The only downside of the hotel is its distance from the city center.
It's the best choice for watching football at the San Siro, just a 10-15 minute walk away. After the game, there are large groups walking back together, so it's safe and secure. Bus 80 is just a few stops away from the hotel, the only public transportation to the San Siro metro station.
The second day of my stay was the Italian Cup match between Milan and Bari. The entire Bari team was also staying at this hotel, so I highly recommend booking in advance, as it can get very crowded during matches.
The hotel also has an Argentinian restaurant, sponsored by Zanetti. I wonder if he actually owns it, haha!

First and foremost the outstanding service from the staff, specially Simone.
His companion and professionalism are of the highest level.
The rest are nothing but excellent as well. From the front desk to the housekeeping and the food area. All are extremely nice and professional.
We had an issue just outside the main gate of the hotel and the members provided top notch support despite the fact they had nothing to do with the incident.
Overall great hotel 👍.
The only negative is the location.
