The only negative is - it is a train station area. But, we did not have any problem. It seems it is safe there.
The shower was good and washed off the tiredness of travelling.
Location is perfect, next to Central Milan station, with supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Commuting to attractions is convenient.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel seems to have some history but this is not really a concern.
First: We booked a twin bed, unfortunately was given 2 single beds which were placed far apart.
Second: We were told that the check-out time was 12.00 noon, but your housekeeping staff tried to open our room 2 times by using their master key at approx. 10.00 a.m. without knocking the room door while we were inside. We were so panicked how this thing could happened since there aren’t any additional lock inside. Then we quickly packed our things and left the room. We saw 2 of your staff outside next to our room without apologising their wrong doing.
Needed accommodation near the main railway station at a sensible price owing to planned timings in the city. This hotel is very convenient from that perspective.
