The hotel was very stinki (smelly), smelled like a place of patients. As i entered my room there was bad smell like anybody just used toilet!. we couldn't sleep,. there toilet defect, bed are not comfortable. All things are used and very old and much used towels & laundry. And on bed are stains (seemed not washed bed linen). And trash was on floor . very dirty place, you pay for trash. Just follow my shared photos!

I booked a room for 2 days they cancel my trip sending a message in chinese saying you request cancellation which i never did and why will i cancel it

The rooms are neat and clean. Its an affordable no frills option. Its very close to the metro station. So the attractions like the Duomo are just around 20 minutes away.

Not glamorous but good location (close to the metro). The room was clean but run down. No issues checking in and 24h front desk.

Booked a triple room for my wife and her two friends, according to their feedback the hotel was extremely dirty, their door did not lock properly, staff were uninterested in getting this fixed, no safe in the room , room not cleaned and towels and bedding not changed in the 4 days they were there. Dodgy area where all of them got hassled and catcalled by arab guys every time they went out. Staff unhelpful and blunt to the point of rudeness. Steer well clear of this one if I was you.

For the prices in Milan, this hotel is quite correct. Good bedding, small room but no need for more to visit. The staff is polite and the toilets clean. Tests, soap and shampoo available. I recommend if small budget to visit Milan.

I was here because finding accommodation in Milan that doesn't break the bank isn't that easy... But apart from the excellent location near the metro it has nothing... almost zero reception, no lift, cold rooms, dirty bathroom, towels that smelled instead of clean... uncomfortable beds, people who come in and out not very recommendable... in short... Never again!

I had a great time!!!! Comfortable bed, fan, TV and kindness!! For unsophisticated people like me it's fine, I traveled with my daughter because we were at the Niguarda hospital, and I booked a night on the fly, nearby there are places to eat, bars, the Affori metro stop is 20 meters away

Newly redone room with a sink and shower. To use the toilet, go down the hallway. The shower was very nice the hairdryer was very effective. No ac in the room I had but there was a fan it was still warm so I opened the window. The grocery store nearby is massive. The staff were friendly. If it had ac, it would have been perfect for me
