It's difficult to understand why the hotel still has relatively good reviews.
It's extremely old, the swimming pool hasn't been renovated in years, but the bathroom was truly disgusting.
The room itself is incredibly small; judging by the pictures online, it looks like a professional photographer did a great job.
At least you can park relatively easily for free in front of the hotel. There's no subway anywhere to be found.
Overall, a disappointment.
On the positive side, the staff at breakfast were very friendly, as was the reception.

After a 24h delayed SUNEXPRESS flight, over 22h spent at the airport without any support, the airlines managed to put me in this hotel at 3am to checkout after 8 hours at 12h. (+-1h away from the airport) The night shift attendant was very helpful and dealt with a challenging situation due to lack of information from the airline. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very helpful.

Black mold growing on the walls and INSIDE the refrigerator. I had nowhere to keep my food. Not sure why the refrigerator isn’t being cleaned between stays but it was jarring to see that it wasn’t. Bathroom is so small that you’ll be touching the walls while in there. Only received one pillow on the bed. Air conditioning was “working” but you couldn’t change the temperature on the thermostat, so if the temperature outside is hotter than a certain amount, you’ll burn in your room. TV channels were fine. The customer service was quite nice. I had to get delivery the first two days because the transit workers were on strike and taxi was too expensive to visit downtown, and the receptionists would always call my room to let me know my food had arrived, which was nice. Speaking of transit, there’s a tram right across from the hotel that takes you straight to downtown (although it’s a 40 min ride). I definitely wouldn’t expect a four star hotel experience, it’s perhaps closer to 2 stars.

Not worth the money. It's true that the hotel has a really good location, close to San Siro and the staff is really helpful and well mannered. The beds are very comfy but everything feels old and the quality of stuff inside the hotel is not what it should be. Even complementary water that each guest gets in his room is in a plastic/paper package (not bottle) that smells unnatural when opened.

There is a certain noise problem exists with the hotel. There is a train station right in front and also a road. Because of that they have put a silencer in the room.
Rooms are clean however things are old.

Not a bad mid-level hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The mattress is comfortable. We had two rooms. One of the windows overlooked the road, so it was quite noisy. The hotel provides earplugs to compensate for noise. There was one significant drawback - one of the rooms was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning system only operates on heat. Therefore, it was not comfortable to sleep.
Opposite the hotel there is a tram stop that goes to the center in 30 minutes. We liked the restaurant near Ristorante Dal Re. 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, if it weren't for the poor sleep due to the stuffiness, the hotel would have deserved an excellent rating.
