This place was in a fantastic location only a few blocks from the train station. The surrounding area did have what seemed to be not so nice of a neighborhood, but we were cautious and continued to enjoy we last couple of hours in Italy.
The breakfast was pretty good, but we had to chase down the servers for some coffee. I asked for a Café latte and they brought me regular coffee with hot milk? I was confused as I've been asking for this for over a month now with no problem, but here they did not understand what I was asking for and it was just pure strange.
The room was nice, but the bed was a little hard for my taste. It didn't matter, I was so exhausted.
We used the car service from here to the regional airport and it was expensive, but they were great.

Nice hotel. The only issue we had was in the shower. The pipe was a bit blocked and the water could sink properly. Feels not really clean as you take a shower and your foot are under that unsinked water.
But the breakfast was really good, also we were able to leave our bags during the day in the reception, for free, which was really handy and nicely managed.

If you are travelling with train the hotel has perfect lication. 400 m from central station, 4 min walking. By train or metro you can connect every point of Milan.
Room is big and has all necessary items, nice table for working. TV is inside of the furniture and it is good idea!
Good breakfast, good choise and friendly service.
Cafe near reception does not working all the day. It would be better to keep it open more time.

8 minutes easy walk from train station. Very nice rooms and great free breakfast. Bed is REALLY comfortable. No great views but I’d rather walk anyway. Close to restaurants, fast food, pharmacy, and coin laundry.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Right next to the hotel is a railway station that connects you with the airport and the cities you want to visit.
Check-in is extremely fast, the gentleman at the reception immediately offered to have a lunch box prepared for us when we mentioned that we were leaving early for Verona and heading to the airport on the day of check-out.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and warm, the bed is very comfortable and I highly recommend that everyone book this hotel!
You won’t regret it.

This hotel was fine. Just fine. The floor I was on was pretty quiet, and the hotel itself is close to the train and walking distance to many things. My colleague had a good experience with dinner at the restaurant.
Things that were not great- we booked the room for the night before we arrived so it would be available to us when we got there early morning. This was clearly not followed as when I arrived they were cleaning the room and had taken the curtains to wash. I put the do not disturb sign up and they later entered my room while I was out to put the curtains back without notifying me. The room was probably 75 degrees the whole time which meant you had to leave the windows open to cool down- fine but there are no screens. There was mold in the seals and door of the shower, and water stains on the ceiling which didn't give me a great feeling about the cleanliness of the room. The queen bed was 2 twins pushed together so you could feel the edges when you rolled over- not super comfortable.

Chosen to follow a meeting inside the structure I appreciated the location close to the Central Station. Excellent cleanliness and excellent breakfast.

The location was great, just 5 minutes from the station, and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. However, there were blinds on the outside of the windows, so the sunlight didn't come in and the room was dark.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
