The room was a good size, not cramped at all, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept really well. The breakfast was exquisite and didn't feel wasteful. The front desk service was excellent, and it offered good value for money. Overall, a great stay experience.

Contemplating with other hotels in central station area because we will go to other city by train. But I did not regret at all. It was quiet a walk around 12-15 mins but since I carry a big luggage so it takes more times. The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious with very friendly team! Great Job! They also have a complete amenities (toothbrush you need to bring). Near to metro station and tram if you want to go to Duomo or other areas. Great Cafe around there such as Pave (recommended) and near to carrefour express. This will be my go to hotel if I am back in Milan again. Love it'

I think this hotel is pretty good, only about a five or six-minute walk from Milan Central Station! If you don't have too much luggage, you can easily walk there.

Milan itself is generally quite dirty, and there are indeed a lot of pickpockets, usually in groups of two or three, with dark skin and communicating with their eyes. We weren't their targets because, frankly, we didn't have anything they'd be interested in, but everyone should still be aware!

There are plenty of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, and the ice cream is delicious – I think it was from Terra; I'll upload a picture later. Breakfast was quite ample, offering pretty much all the standard Western options.

Convenient location. Excellent breakfast. The lobby and dining area have been tastefully renovated but the room is very old. The wooden floor is worn off. While the windows block external noises very well, one can hear every footstep in the hallway and sounds in your neighbour‘s room. We were waken up by our neighbour‘s shower. Not only did we hear the water piping but also when they opened the door of the shower enclosure.

We arrived early at 8am, but the room wasn't ready, so we deposited our bags at the hotel and walked through the beautiful Parco Sempione park to reach Milano Cathedral, Duomo, and the rooftop before the tourists arrived. It was a short 20-minute walk, and we saw how happy dogs are everywhere, especially at the park, where all kinds of dogs are running and playing happily with their owners. We soaked in the sun and watched them play before walking back to the hotel, checking in at 11.30 am. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and small, but perfect for us as a couple. We had a good night's sleep before checking out, then took a 10 min walk to Milano Centrale to catch the train to Portofino the next day. Highly recommended for its central location to the main attractions in Milan.

This was honestly my favorite hotel out of all the places I stayed in during my trip to Italy.
Everything was excellent — the comfort, the staff, the overall atmosphere, and all the little details that make a stay truly enjoyable. The hotel offered such a high level of comfort while still being very reasonably priced, which made it even more impressive.
The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. I also loved the location — it was very convenient and made everything so easy. Another really nice touch was that guests could even use a power bank for free, which I only noticed a bit late, but it was such a thoughtful idea.
Overall, everything was perfect and the whole stay went wonderfully. And I have to mention this separately — they had the best slippers ever!
I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The room and location I was assigned were excellent, and I thought I'd get a good night's sleep on my last night before heading home. However, starting around 8 AM, there was some kind of renovation or work going on next door that lasted for over an hour. Two people were also talking very loudly, making it impossible to sleep. I booked this hotel specifically to get a peaceful night's rest, and it seems even that can't be guaranteed.
