Good hotel, great location. Very good variety for the breakfast, lots of different cakes, breads and pasties. Staff at the breakfast were super nice. Room is simple, but provides a good nights sleep. Conditioner would be nice to have. Towels smell a little weird.

This hotel is super close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. There's a Penny supermarket right next door, which is great for picking up fresh groceries. While the hotel's facilities are a bit older, they are very clean, tidy, and make for a cozy stay.

It’s great location. Just in front of Milano Central Station and there are lots of Italian restaurants and supermarkets. Concierge is great and I enjoyed breakfast as well.

Very clean , very nice staff , you checkin in reception and go to another building for your room.
Room is really small, I know this is how rooms are in Europe but it’s not enough for 1 person😂
Keep expanding guys and hope you will expand rooms someday, location is prime, 2 minutes from centrale.

The buffet is really nice , waiters are really friendly and they make you feel at home!
Some of the food is really tasty and maybe the other part I am not used too.

Near the train station. More or less about 7 minutes walking. Old school vibe hotel. I love the interior. And its 4 start hotel. Free luggage storage. Free mini bar at the reception. I love this place

We have stayed at Hotel Berna twice now, once in the winter and once in the summer- it will definitely be our go-to hotel in Milan for future trips too. Conveniently located near Milano Centrale station and the Metro, it’s super easy to get around. Rooms are clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds (which is not always the case in Italy!). Breakfast is great with a huge selection of pastries,fruit, meats and cheeses, as well as hot options. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Milan that is near to the station, look no further.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
