Villino Milano in Milan

Sorry for my truth… reception was rude and condescending( she tall about 150 cm. And Blonde hair) especially if you're Asian. She would definitely speak in her local dialect in an unfriendly manner to say something. I had a terrible experience simply because I booked for two people, but our little one joined us. She wanted us to pay the full price even though our daughter didn't use an extra bed and didn't get breakfast. I tried to understand it might be hotel policy (though it seemed unfair), but she spoke rudely and disrespectfully, even threatening to call the police. It was ridiculous because we didn't do anything to protest. I thought it was disgusting that she was threatening me with the police. She told me to get my daughter's passport, which I did from the car, and she ran out of the hotel yelling at me and my daughter tha” she will call police” It's a disgrace to have staff like this in your organization! She then said we had to pay an extra €30 for my daughter (full adult price) even though she didn't get an extra bed or breakfast! After we paid, she said we would receive a receipt via email. To this day, we haven't received any receipt!!! Where is that €30 I paid extra????!!!

I will never book this hotel again!

We booked this hotel because it’s close to our son’s flat in Milan. We paid in advance without being able to cancel. As we checked in the hotel sold our room to a walk in guest in front of our eyes. We tried to speak to the receptionist but he carried on without checking with us first. We ended up being stranded at 10pm without a place to stay. We suggested another hotel nearby but they didn’t help us. Still waiting to be refunded the money. All they could do was shrug and say there was nothing they could do. We ended up paying for another hotel plus the taxi ride to and from the location. Booking this hotel cost us alot of money and time wasted

Poor customer service, we booked a room thinking the hotel was pet friendly because it said so on Google and booking. Refused to refund the room, very disrespectful and unpolite staff. False information can happen but the way we were treated was appalling.
