Booked a twin room not budget room. Beds were comfortable and room clean. However, the bathroom was dreadful not the same as photos on website which are a modern bathroom which was I booked the room. Broken toilet seat, shower head was not fixed so had to hold it up with your hand but worst of all no shower screen which is pictured in all the website photos. Water goes all over the floor when you try to shower because shower curtain is ineffective with the shower base installed. I emailed to advise I thought we were given the wrong room but still charged for a more expensive room. Booked directly from website not third party website so expected better service. Very disappointing experience !

Great hotel, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Stayed here during the Olympics and was very happy with the experience.

The hotel is new and has air conditioning—a crucial feature in Milan in the summer and fall. There was a safe, which was also important. There's no on-site parking, but it's easy to find a spot near the hotel; parking was free on weekends. The soundproofing isn't perfect, but the price also suggests it's not business class. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, as the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

The room was average and small. It was raining on the day I arrived and the hotel didn't even provide an umbrella.

Breakfast isn't available at the hotel, but the pastry shop the concierge recommended was fabulous, even though I usually eat savory things in the morning. Be aware that parking is limited.

The transportation is more convenient as it is close to the subway station, and everything is relatively good. The environmental sanitation is in place. The service attitude with the store is okay, and there is no communication barrier. It is not bad. Overall, I will come again if I have the opportunity.
