The location is good, room was clean. They also provide some water.
But it is very very noisy. The walls are really thin so you can hear other rooms or apartments and the window is old one which allows all the tram noise in.
And the curtain is not covering whole window so you have lights come in.
You have to contact for checkin, the instruction eventually it was pretty clear but the communication was not the best.

Very clean and modern room. The kitchen area was great! Vanessa was very responsive and helpful! Would recommend staying here!

The location is very convenient right next to 9 tram. The staff was very nice and so accommodating due to our flight schedule. The room was clean and the bathroom amenities were very luxurious!

Beautiful apartment. Nice touch with the biscuits on arrival. Great amenities, the shower was especially brilliant having an amazing water pressure. Having a TV with Netflix was also a great touch, along with a coffee machine. Great location for the QC Terme Spa. Well cleaned and maintained, eventhough it has shared facilities (kitchen) this wasn’t an issue.
Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully presented, clean apartment in a great area of Milan. Easily accessible from both Milan centre and train station. Incredible cafe just a few doors down that has great coffee and pastries for breakfast and lots of options near by for lunch and dinner.
We stayed here as our first stop on our honeymoon and loved it.

Very beautiful apartment, all the amenities where as described and to a great quality and condition. Clean space very modern good location from the metro and only 10 minutes to the centre using it. Very responsive host easy instructions to get into the building. Lovely communal area had a few bits and bobs to snack on and mugs and tea bags. We enjoyed our stay here immensely :)

The room is not suitable for 3 people and luggage,
The area is great... everything was clean, beautiful decor.

Best place in Milan.
I felt in love with this place since the minute I arrive, everything was clean, beautiful and convenient and the service even better, train station 3 minutes walking, convenient stores 2 minutes away, good and close by places to eat, so far the best hotel i been in my trip to Italy, 100% Recommended 👌👌👌👍👍😊

Great! I should point out that this is not a hotel. There is no reception, but precise directions to your room are given by text message before your arrival. The apartment, with a living room in the common areas, has 3 bedrooms with private entrance, bathroom and toilet. Small, comfortable room, beautiful shower room, impeccable cleanliness. Ideally located, I recommend this accommodation for short stays.
