Hotel Vienna in Milan

I spent one night in a single room. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, small but fine for a single. The bathroom was perfectly clean. The hotel is a bit old style. The location is perfect, since close to the metro. The neighbourhood is calm. From the room it is possible to hear some noises from other rooms, butt his can happen. I could leave my luggage for the day and the staff was very helpful.

The reception staff are very kind, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the metro station. The rooms are always clean.

I like the hottle, and staff in the reception were very helpful and kind. i came earlier to the time check-in event that they accepted and the same thing to the time of check- out , the rooms very clean, the location is perfect, it's near to lambrate FS station around 3 minutes.

Totally disagree with review point. Deserve at least 4.5. The hotel is near the train and metro station the location was good. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The area in total did not seem so safe, but the hotel and nearing was okay. We came later than 10 and did not have any trouble
The staff was very kind, as there is not enough facilities in the room, they offer fridge and hot water. The building is historical that is why it is understandable to have the small rooms and less facilities. There is a small elevator in the hotel
It would be better to have at least a kettle in the room.

Very welcoming staff, kind and ready to solve any need. Extremely good room cleaning even on personalized request of cleaning of the same at different times than their working hours. Availability and courtesy of the staff reach high standards that are not always found in multi-star hotels.

Honestly I don't understand the reason for the negative reviews. The staff was very polite from the moment we arrived, they quickly resolved a misunderstanding they had in the reservation. I found them ready and very kind, always welcoming us with a smile. The room was cozy and warm, the bathroom small but there were two of us and for one night so honest. Good cleaning and comfortable bed. The location is also excellent because the structure is very close to the metro, you can literally find it around the corner, so excellent for any location you need to reach (for example we had to go to the Navigli district and we had no problems). Maybe the price is a little high but it is average for Milan.

Great experience. My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. The area is not too far from the center, easily reachable by metro/other means of transport. Clean room, exceptional staff. Next time I will gladly return
