Great stay overall. It's not very soundproof, you can hear neighbors talking. Excellent staff, Federica helped our group immensely.

Overcharged by more than 8,000 RMB offline, with delayed follow-up processing – I absolutely refuse to recommend this hotel!

This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had! Upon checkout, I was shockingly overcharged over 8,000 RMB without justification. Even worse, their follow-up service is extremely negligent – despite repeated emails and calls, the issue remains unresolved after two weeks. The hotel management clearly lacks integrity and responsibility, disregarding consumer rights. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel to avoid financial loss!

Very well located with many nice bars and restaurants nearby, and the possibility of visiting many historical sites on foot.
Very clean.
Very comfortable rooms.
Very friendly staff.

Poor cleaning, limescale everywhere in the bathroom and some mold in the grout; the shower leaks (the door doesn't close properly). You can hear everything from the courtyard/breakfast room and the hallway on the first floor. Staff were friendly at reception, but not at all when checking out. I'm actually used to a better standard and service from NH Collection...

If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly.

I stayed just one night during my cycle trip, but I really appreciated : the kindness of the team, the breakfast and my upgrade in a nice room.
In NH Torino Santo Stefano, you can really feel they take pleasure to welcome you and make your stay enjoyable.
The hotel is not brand new (but it's clean & well maintained), which brings charm to the place.
The restaurant "HOST" on the same sidewalk, is also very nice and made my stay in Torino very nice after cycling during the day from Milano.

Placed right next to the Duomo and Piazza Castello in the historic center of Turin, the hotel looks new even though it is in a historic building. The rooms and bathrooms are large and very clean, the staff is extremely kind and obliging, the breakfast has many options for all tastes. Wifi and AC very good. Complimentary still water in the room and in the entrance hall. Comfortable bed, many pillows for all tastes (both soft and hard), parking for guests. A hotel rated 10+ that we loved!
