The hotel is a bit old but the experience is great.

Garbage. Want to be a guest in your friend’s room? Must not just show your passport, must leave it with reception. No way.
Rooms are also dirty and poorly cleaned. Reception super rude. Avoid. Parking 12 euros a day. I try not to give bad reviews but I was treated so poorly by reception that I simply don’t want to recommend this place to other guests. Many others with better staff and policies.

The hotel is good. The breakfast is plentiful and there's a good selection. The receptionist is friendly. I recommend it.

The hotel was fine... we stayed for a nearby festival (perfect distance). The service was 5 stars: Catered to all our needs efficiently and in a friendly manner.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the city center. There's also a parking garage. My car window was accidentally smashed. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel receptionists speak Chinese. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

An unexpectedly pleasant hotel, considering the cost of accommodation - in Turin for our dates it was the cheapest hotel with breakfast.
Yes, it is located far from the center - 25-30 minutes on foot, but there is a stop nearby from which you can get to the center and to the Turin outlet.
The rooms are large, clean, soundproofing, in general, is at a level. From the window on the third floor you could see a piece of the Alps.
Good furniture, comfortable beds, but the only equipment in the room was a minibar with two bottles of water at two euros per bottle. We had to buy a travel kettle to make tea and coffee.
The bathroom is a little tired, the mixer in the shower stall has long needed to be replaced. Soaps and toiletries were replenished every day.
Opposite the hotel there is a small store, and supermarkets are about a 10-minute walk away.

i never had so bad “4 stars” hotel！1-1.5 start at most！
1️⃣room small and dirty！The blanket looks very dirty！
2️⃣the wall and the floor the windows …very bad sound insulation，You can clearly hear all the sounds of the neighbors using hair dryers, taking showers, and speaking next door…
3️⃣ The front desk is indifferent！seems that they completely dislike their work;
4️⃣ Breakfast is even worse, there's not even a hot fried egg, only cold dry bread and low-quality foods……
5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣…
I'm too tired, I didn't sleep all night, otherwise I could have written 1000 words!
I just suggest everyone not to stay in this hotel, it's really a hotel that's too desperate⚠️

A very good hotel, we really liked it.
It has paid parking, which, given the many available spaces, could also be found on the street free of charge. Check-in was quick, although I didn't like photocopying the documents at all.
The room was large with a huge, comfortable bed; the pillows could be improved, as they were very small and thin. Plenty of room to store luggage.

Although it's not in the city center, it's still within walking distance. At reception, they told me there were several public transport lines.
