The location is good as it is close to the city center however the area from the to hotel to the city center (around 200m) is full of drunk people and doesn't suit families coming back walking from the center during the night time

The hotel is very close to Nuovo train station. Just cross the street from the hotel and you can enter the platform through the side entrance. Via Roma is right across from the station, so you don't need to take a car for shopping or strolling. The location is excellent.

The hotel is quite modern, and the lobby is very clean and suitable for meeting friends.

The breakfast is plentiful, and you can even order a cappuccino from the waiter.

There's an elevator and spacious staircases, making it comfortable for children.

I booked a double room for my son and his partner and this hotel was ideal being near both our place and the airport bus stop. It was a really busy weekend so prices were unusually high. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and could speak several languages and the hotel exuded a kind of old world charm, like time had stopped somewhere some time ago. The lobby was clean and tidy, there was a working lift and the room was of a good size. It was not rich in amenities (could do with a coffee machine or French press) and was expensive for a small city like Turin, but comfortable for a night. I would definitely consider making future reservations for extra guests there if they could maintain standards for future bookings.

It is located next to the train station. The breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The WiFi connection is stable. The ambience is clean and tranquil.

The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The building is old, but the facilities are modern and convenient. The room is very cost-effective. The front desk is friendly and the service is professional. Highly recommended.

Next to Turin north station, it's a convenient place to stay if you need to catch the train. Rooms were clean but nothing to write home about. Cost of staying was reasonable and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the train station. The room is large, clean and bright, making it convenient for taking the train. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the second-hand luggage storage service is thoughtful. I will choose it again when I come to Turin next time.
