The room and bathroom were very clean, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the staff were helpful and courteous.

I stayed at this hotel with my family, 2 adults and 2 children. We asked for a quadruple room, but we ended up with 4 single beds pushed together. The worst part was that even after the staff intervened, we couldn't turn off the heating, and we basically slept all night with the windows open, even though the fan coils were blowing out hot air like cannons. The bathroom was a bit neglected in terms of cleaning, and there were small cobwebs on the ceilings, as well as some dust in the most hidden spots. On the other hand, we had breakfast in the morning in a beautiful room with a variety of items to choose from. I recommend a good renovation.

Not to recommend this hotel.
The room was in poor condition. It was stinking from the floor drain in the bathroom. The walls were not painted properly. As if I got a room not intended for guests but they used as an emergency.

A good hotel of standard quality, cons: WiFi weak in the room, breakfast without any vegetables.

Nice stay very good breakfast
Hotel good. 10 min walk from Dante subway. Friendly reception. Room free water. Shower great though dont agreewith packet shower gel. Very good continental breakfast

I loved my stay at the friendly and lovely family like hotel. Who were very helpful whenever I needed any kind of assistance or finding my way around. Thank you to Giotto Hotel for the lovely time where I spent my two weeks stay.
