Hotel Turin Royal in Torino

My exprience was not good. First, right after entering my room I found both a toy on the table, first proof that the room was not well cleaned (or it has been done without attention); both the glass nightstands had a thick layer of dust that remained for all my time there.
The bathroom was not well cleaned too. The toilet paper wasn’t sealed.
Nighttime has been horrible. The walls are to thin. I eared both a snoring guy the room after mine and a guy right above me shave his beard and opening water like he was in my same room.
I had breakfast only one time, and I feel sick right after (but than may be just my health).
In the and my fridge did not work and when I asked to have a functional one the staff told me just to give them what I needed to be put in a fridge and they would put it in their…

The only good thing about this SOMEHOW4STAR hotel is his position.

This hotel isn't worth four stars. In my opinion, it's one at best. The staff is friendly, but upon arrival, the air conditioning wasn't working, the safe was already locked, and the TV remote was missing. Even after calling twice, it took an hour and a half for someone to arrive. Then they only gave us the TV remote which in total took about another hour and another call at the reception. The air conditioning is still not working and the only thing they gave us is one ventilator. Called reception again after the janitor left after he said he’ll come back and didn’t after another half an hour and they said they can’t open the safe and he can’t fix it. The water in the shower hardly drains and the shower head is broken. The room itself is okay but definitely not worth the price. The window can be opened partially, but it is very noisy as the hotel is located directly on a street with a tram. Parking is available but very expensive at 19€ per day. To be honest, I'm not really curious about the room service and breakfast here, but we’ll see tomorrow. Unfortunately, this hotel cannot be recommended so far or at all. Don’t go here.

We visited the hotel in May. Room temperature was 27-28 degrees Celsius. Airco system present but switched off. When I asked why it wasn’t working the replied “because it’s not yet summer”. So I wonder what temp is necessary for them to switch on the Airco. Room is tight, but clean, wifi is solid. But I will not visit it again due to temperature.
