Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

Good enough service for the price paid.

Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.

Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
The rooms were just fine.

The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.

I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside

I will start with a couple of negatives, the settee in the room had 2 largish cigarette burns on one of the seats, when pouring, the water from the kettle would go over the surface. Finally, the windows when closed are not sound proofed at all, there was a group of guests sat down by the pool till very late, they was very loud and jumping in the pool. Called down to reception who went and spoke with them, stopped for a bit then started again.
On a positive note, the rooms are clean and spacious, hotel is in a good location
We walked to Turin centre as is just one road in a straight line, took about an hour.
The staff there are very helpful and friendly.
We ate there on the evening and had the buffet they was offering. Had plenty of choice and was very enjoyable.

Perfect hotel if you are going to Kappa Futur Festival - staff are amazing and look after you very well making sure you are having a good party. Shuttle bus to and from festival runs every hour so had no stress at all with travel. Will definitely stay here again👍

Great hotel, especially during Kappa Futur festival. Really nice and fun staff, they have fruit and chips ready for your return, music at the pool in the morning, free shuttle service. We had a great time! They did a fantastisch job!

It's strange to see this kind of thing (4 cars involved) happening in an outdoor parking lot just outside the front door, visible from the 24/24 reception area and the glass entrance hall, even though a sign indicates that the parking lot is not guarded. The staff at the reception should help to raise customer’s awareness by telling them verbally to avoid parking there and about the insecurity in the neighborhood. By the way, nothing has been stolen from my car.

Edit following Novotel answer: i will let you guess who is the owner of the parking but one thing is sure:
- the parking is not located along the public road;
- the parking is dedicated to Novotel client.
