I reckon it's a decade or more since I decided this was my one/only go-to in Torino; absolutely no regrets there. This past week was a 3-night stay and I can report it was flawless, seamless and totally enjoyable. The team here is warm, genuine and goes out of their way to make a difference.
It's 4 minute's walk to Spezie Metro station, there are bars/cafe and anything else one could want within the same distance; the hotel is very quiet, extremely clean. A very happy Titanium member, that's already booked his next visit. Easily highly recommended.

The room is spacious and clean. However, it needs an update. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb! Very generous and a lot of variety! It is near the conference center.

Room and neighborhood had mosquitoes. Also no WiFi signal. First time in 20 years moving rooms in the middle of the stay!
The front desk staff were friendly. The restaurant staff only said ‘room number’ and nothing else. Don’t they know they work in hospitality?

Perfect hotel to get to and from the lingotto center the subway and by walking
I would just like to thank the entire staff team for their wonderful hospitality throughout my stay right up until the checkout when they helped me find a local optician and told me not to worry about my luggage whilst I quickly went to fix my glasses! I’ve forgotten the lady at the front desks name but I do hope you see this review and know that you were of great help to me!
I’d like to thank the breakfast team Fabio, Betty And Igor for being ever so kind every morning!
Then the housekeeping team Rabia and Sayda ensured my room was completely perfect each day and being so lovely greeting me each day!
Thank you ever so much once again :)

This hotel is located in Lingotto, a once industrial sector of the city. There are plaques that tell the history of the buildings and area. The metro is inexpensive clean and safe joyous can easily get to the tourist sector. The train is not as easy even though you can see the Lingotto train station from the hotel. All meals can easily be gotten from the many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Prices are very reasonable.

The room was spacious and fairly well-equipped, except there was no kettle for boiling water. The room was clean and hygienic. I arrived at the hotel very late last night and checked out early this morning, so I don't know much about the surrounding area.

The area is very quiet, hygienic and clean. The hotel breakfast is simple but sufficient. I think it is very cost-effective.

Very poor breakfast buffet. No salads, just 4 pieces of cheese, some slices of bacon, cold eggs, packaged bread. Industrial juices, in short.. 15 euros..
The hotel is bare, devoid of everything, no bathroom door, poor cleanliness, I found hair and a greasy tap. 152 euros, Hilton double tree at the ingot would be much better.
