It’s hard to say. The price seemed cheap, the hotel looks good, which was a plus, but there were a few things that left me disappointed.

First, the room was quite old, and we could hear all the noise from outside. The food wasn’t tasty — we had full board, but after the second day, we chose to eat out instead. The beach near the hotel had a terrible smell, so the hotel offers umbrellas on the other side of the beach (about 800 meters away), where there's no bad smell.

One thing that felt very strange to us was the cleaning service. Even though the cleaning itself was great, they don’t provide a door sign to let you choose whether you want the room cleaned or not. So every day, staff would just come into the room — and if you were inside, they’d leave, but the door would already be opened. This really needs to be reviewed. Some guests might not want daily cleaning. We usually clean ourselves, and we had all our stuff laid out on the bed. If we had known they’d come in, we would’ve stored everything in the wardrobe or in our luggage.

That said, honestly, if you’re paying around €100 a night like I did, it’s a good deal. There’s a nice pool (even though it’s usually crowded), good restaurants nearby with fair prices — we spent around €20–30 per person with wine, which felt reasonable. The staff were amazing overall — very friendly and helpful — except for the manager, who didn’t even make eye contact to say hello, unlike the rest of the team.

So, if all you want is a place near the beach and a bed to sleep in, go for it. But if you're looking for a bit more comfort or a better beach experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Anyway, I will not return to it, but look for other hotels even more expensive.

English: Unfortunately we cannot express a positive impression of our stay experience, inexplicably worse than other previous holidays in the same resort. Unfortunately we found the train to the beach missing (although indicated). The resort's sunbeds and umbrellas were not yet present on the beach, so we were diverted to another establishment that we later discovered from an employee, there was no agreement, but rather "they were doing a favor" to the resort: logical conclusion, they would never have had availability. We resolved the matter at the next concessionaire, because we arrived on time within the first 25. Unfortunately there were a disproportionate number of guests, making the stay anything but pleasant: in the restaurant we really struggled to find a table, and then had to witness a real assault on the food: endless queues, certainly not for a holiday, for inappropriate quantities and very limited variety of options. I think the entertainment will definitely be able to offer more fun evenings than karaoke. The guys were very sunny and friendly; the restaurant staff were also attentive and friendly. We understand that at the beginning of the season you might still find yourself having to organize everything as best you can. We are a little less accepting of services being described and charged for that are actually absent. It is unacceptable to create a condition of overbooking causing discomfort to guests, where some of them have paid for their vacation that they may have been waiting for a year or more. We hope for future management that is more structured and established perhaps.

We had a disappointing experience at the resort due to: - Insufficient services and endless queues - Neglected and poorly maintained structure - Dirty and not properly cleaned rooms - Terrible and very low quality food - Incompetent and unfriendly staff - Extremely expensive bar inside the resort For these reasons, I strongly advise against the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and quality holiday.
