No welcome whatsoever...a certain Gorgia told us she'd be there at 3 pm, then again the next morning...but we never saw her, without any explanation! The room was spacious, but you need a vivid imagination to hope to see the temples...and the hairdryer cord was bare!! As for breakfast, it's served in a tiny room where everyone, even Gorgia's mother, is wearing down jackets because of the freezing cold! Avoid at all costs!!!

After two wonderful weeks traveling through Sicily, it's heartbreaking that our trip was soured by this stay. We felt utterly let down. The most shocking part was the complete lack of basic hygiene. To our absolute disgust, we found one of the water glasses still had a bright red lipstick stain on it from a previous guest.

Beyond that, while we wouldn't have minded if no soap was provided, what we found was somehow worse: two small, dirty travel sets that were clearly used and left over from someone else. We couldn't bring ourselves to touch them. To top it all off, any hope for a peaceful morning was shattered by loud construction noise right outside. We left feeling disgusted and completely ignored.

And on top of everything, the "free parking" was a lie. We were told to park in a small area with only a handful of spots, which were impossible to get in the evening. We ended up having to find and pay for a metered spot every single night. It feels like a deceptive tactic to get people to book, and it just added to our frustration.

A terrible experience... Ms. Giorgia acted like a very rude person. I had to call the State Police to calm her and her violent friend... who had smoked a cigarette outside the window and was complaining about the smell in the room. Don't go there... a terrible place... where you can end up badly... for a short time... A place to forget... A dangerous place for bullies.

Structure in a beautiful location with a view of the Valley of the Temples. However, the interiors are dilapidated and need to be renovated and modernized. We were given the Suite, but the term should be completely revised.... large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a pseudo-baroque style wardrobe and a dresser of the same caliber. Bathroom with a series of problems: missing toilet paper, shower with broken hose, hairdryer not available (brought quickly following our report). Very precarious lighting, in the bathroom a burned out light bulb on the mirror and in the bedroom on a dilapidated chandelier with 6 bulbs of I believe 10 watts each, with one, two or three coming on in sequence. The access key to the rooms appears technological but not functional, you open the door and then insert the key into a special wall control to turn on the lights, but to close the door you have to take it out again, remaining in the dark, so a problem in the evening... Abundant and fresh breakfast, both savory and sweet! TOO BAD, despite the courtesy and kindness of the owner and parents

NEVER, EVER, EVER book this accommodation. We are a family of 6+3 children with a confirmed and PAID reservation !!! and we have had to SLEEP IN THE CAR because nobody received us or opened the door of the house despite our countless messages and calls. Several days before our arrival we were in contact with the accommodation (a certain Giorgia) and un the afternoon we had spoken to Giorgia several times. In fact, we received a few messages from the establishment telling us not to worry for any kind of delay and that they were at our complete disposal. Because of a road blockage on our journey from Sciacca, we were delayed in our scheduled arrival time, but as requested by Giorgia, we sent her a message 30 minutes before our arrival. We finally arrived at the door of the house at 20:03. Despite having given 30 minutes notice as requested, no one opened the door, no one was waiting for us, no one answered. As we had given notice and no warning or reply had been given to the contrary, we assumed it was a small delay from the host and waited a few minutes. A neighbour opened the door for us to wait inside because it was cold in the street. When we had been waiting for over 10 minutes we started to call and send messages, with no answer, in fact, we called and they hung up on us. After half an hour we called Booking to see if something had happened to our host. To our astonishment they told us that there was nothing they could do and that the accommodation was not going to receive us and that the booking was cancelled for no-show !!!!!. According to Giorgia we had been waiting until 20:15, which is ABSOLUTELY FALSE, in fact it was at 20:13, when after 10 minutes of waiting, we started to call impatiently from the street. The result is that the accommodation has lied, LEAVING ON THE STREET 9 people that had warned of their arrival time, without further notice, warning, check call or courtesy wait, (all this supposedly for 3 minutes over the theoretical check-in time). The result: A FAMILY OF 9 PEOPLE (3 MINORS!!) ON THE STREET SLEEPING IN THE CAR. On the other side someone blocking the innumerable messages and calls (hanging up the phone) even though we asked them to please go and pick up the keys from where we needed them. A REAL SCAM BY THE ACCOMMODATION, (reservation totally paid) AND A REAL SHAME BY BOOKING WHO HAS LIMITED ITSELF TO SAYING THAT 'THEY CAN DO NOT DO ANYTHING' to solve it or to accommodate us or to return the amount, (which we will have to claim by legal means) without further verification and without trying to solve this VERY SERIOUS problem, and hanging up on us as well while we were demanding some assistance.
