Building entrance and front was old, dirty and under construction.
We were able to check in a bit early, which was great. The coffee shop across the street was excellent for morning cappuccino and evening gelato. We stayed just one night, so it was easy to find and great location next to a lovely park. The bed was a bit too firm for my husband, but great for me.
The room and the whole apartment was clean and quiet.
I really had a good time!
Only thing I would have liked to know about beforehand was the large construction site in the courtyard.
Small idea: I would offer free coffee/tea in the room.
Access through 4 locked and/or coded doors was a nightmare until siesta time had passed and another visitor helped us
