No one should pay attention to the negative comments. This hotel is a little jewel box. The hotel may be a little worn, but the staff is very nice, the rooms are clean and there is a variety at breakfast. The area is quiet. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the San Nullo metro station.

It's a small hotel with very friendly receptionists. Our room was very clean, a little cold at night, with a nice view. The only real problem for me was breakfast as there was absolutely no fresh fruits or vegetables available. If you're ok with a croissant and a coffee for breakfast then this hotel will be fine for you.

I chose this place due to the location being a bit out of the city centre... - I wanted a quiet place to rest after a full day of city life. This felt like an oasis... Easy access to the bus or metro, or just a 30 min walk down to the city centre.

The room was spacious and clean!!! It was cleaned every day - (new towels, bed linnens, fridge was refilled every day). Food was very good, homemade style - felt like your grandma was taking care of you ♡ I had a spacious balcony, which made the room feel even bigger

The staff was very helpful! My flight got cancelled so I arrived very late, they sent me a detailed video on how to get my key and find my room - and told me to call if there was any issues ♡

I felt like home here... If you like your peace and quiet and don't mind not living in the city. This is the place to be.

Great and calm hotel with very friendly receptionist. Our room was clean with a nice view from the balcony. It is a bit far from the city but overall we had an amazing stay.

Very nice hotel, friendly stuff, comfortable room, quiet place surounded by beautiful palm trees, parking and garage. I fully recomend!

Good considering the price - Pros and Cons

Cons (few of them)
The location, near nothing actually and you need a car to reach the center of the city (however gets you closer to the Etna)
Needs a refurbishing, but like many hotels in Italy

Pros (many of them)
The fair price
All the staff for their service and especially Luigi in particular who helped us when we left.
Also when we arrived very late (because of a delayed flight) the night attendant succeeded in getting us a late delivered meal (we were starving) which was d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!
The hotel is really quiet
Breakfast above par for this class of hotel
The pool
The available parking which is not obvious (still you have to reserve in advance to be sure to get a space, which we did)
the 24x7 attendance which is mandatory when you arrive by plane at Catania airport, not knowing actually in advance your exact landing time, which is the reason we chose this hotel.
Rooms are not small and absolutely clean
Bathroom really spacious

A solid choice, still with a location that requires a car.

Beautiful suburban location. Ten minute walk to the San Null Metro station. Many rooms have decks with secluded privacy among the palms and other vegetation. Staff will make you cappuccino , caffe machiato, or espresso as part of the wonderful free breakfast. Staff also speak sufficient English to provide excellent service to the non-Italian speaking Americans, like us. Highly recommend for the price
