Hotel Lachea in Aci Trezza

We booked two rooms for three people each but later tried to cancel for one person. The hotel refused, claiming there were no rooms for two people available. When we arrived, they had placed our two family rooms on different floors. After we insisted this was unacceptable, they suddenly “found” a two-person room and put both rooms next to each other proving they had lied earlier. In the end, we paid for six people but were downgraded to accommodation for five at the same price. Security was non-existent and anyone could have walked into our rooms. The swimming pool had no lifeguard. The car park was extremely narrow, with a huge bump that damaged the underside of our car. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the cost.
