Farly new building. Large rooms with a balcony.
We had isue with shower leaking and this wast resolved during our stay. We had constat puddle in bathroom.
Door handle was broken - couldn't open without key.
In walking distance is big shopping center, but not much of eating options.
There is free parking.
Breakfast was 100% sweet, no savoury options.

Excellent B&B, very clean and very new with also a swimming pool. Large free parking available, excellent breakfast (quality products), excellent service and courtesy.
10min from the center of Catania and 10min for excursions to Etna.
Nearby there are two shopping centers and several restaurants. The only negative point is that you need a car to reach it.

Very helpful staff, hotel is very clean and close to amenities and some restaurants and even shopping centers. Locked and hassle free parking space available.

It is a good b&bin general. Value for money.
The reasons I gave 3 and 4 stars are the location and internet connection. When we arrived the hotel we could see the sign of the hotel but we could not see the entrances. We toured around the hotel three times but we could see nothing. Then we had to call the number on their website. Then the lady grom the hotel came to meet us. She came with a car and we followed her. It was nothing to the hotel we saw it. Without her it was impossible to find the actual hotel by ourselves. The hotel should put some kind of sign post or st least they should put some information on their website regarding the access to hotel.
There is no wi-fi connection at all and very limited Internet connection.
The room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was simple but ok.
People who work there were polite and helpful

Excellent structure, spacious rooms and cleanliness is perceived from the entrance.
The owner is a very polite and helpful person, I had problems having to move dates in the middle of the season and there was no problem.
In addition, the parking inside the structure is no small feat for comfort and safety.

New structure, very clean and quiet near the shopping center "Le Zagare" and near the city of Catania, Mount Etna or the main Sicilian communication routes for tourism.
The reception is friendly and hospitable, the breakfast is traditional but good.
Despite the heat of July, I was able to sleep without the need for an air conditioner.
The pool is small, perhaps suitable for children, good parking.
The 150 meters from the provincial road are a bit narrow but nothing negative.
Excellent value for money.

Family run B&B. Very nice people, especially the guys who make up the team. Clean rooms that are serviced daily. The property is located in a quiet area, away from the chaos of the city, but close to a large shopping center. Average breakfast. To improve, even on the site, the communication on the use of the pool because it is a service that is paid separately ... cmq the figure is negligible, so it can be done. In summary it is highly recommended.
