I chose this place with my sister-in-law as accommodations for her and other relatives who were coming from Rome for my daughter's baptism. It was a total disappointment. The place was poorly maintained, terribly clean, and smelled of mold. Three cockroaches were even found in one of the rooms. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the summer is completely inadequate, as the beds on the mezzanine don't get any air from the AC, and the heat is extremely severe. The owner said she had the rooms cleaned after we reported it, but very little has changed. Maintenance is lacking, and the place is poorly maintained. I would absolutely not recommend it.

Since my house isn't very large, when I have more than two guests, I stay at this property, which is just a few meters from where I live.
Everyone is more than satisfied with the quality of the rooms—clean, spacious, and well-furnished—the courtesy of the owner and staff, and the fact that the fishing village of San Giovanni li Cuti, with its picturesque beach, is just a 5-minute walk away.
A tobacconist, greengrocer, pharmacy, bar, restaurant, and bakery are all within 20 meters.

Traveling for work.
Very spacious room, but the property could use more care and attention.
Poor cleanliness was the only major complaint I could share with the management, who readily accepted my concerns. I don't think I'll be back to check it out.

The rooms are very old and need a thorough cleaning.
Quite cramped, it feels like there's no air in the room. It's a 30-minute walk from the central bus station.
It's a 45-minute walk from the city center, and one room has a bit of a view of the sea.
However, the owner was really nice, always available, and really involved.

So first of all, the area is near the sea, the landlady is very helpful, the house is small but well furnished and very welcoming, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is functional, breakfast is included, and above all, the water is microfiltered directly from the tap without rushing or worrying about buying a box for consumption... Great price! Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super location near the sea. Apartment with air conditioning, loggia, kitchenette. Available coffee, croissant, nice surprise. They clean and change towels every day. I recommend 👍

The room is spacious, has private bathrooms, air conditioning and is clean, I didn't have any problems and I had a great time, recommended.
