Good B&B, clean and well managed. Location a bit off the city center, need to walk around 20 minutes to the fish market. Don't forget to add on breakfast, the quality is so good.

The staff was wonderful. We never had a chance to sleep over night due to our plane issues. However we arrived at 10:00 a.m. the day we were scheduled to check out. The man at the desk was very gracious to allow us to shower and take a nap until noon. It was clean and had a nice large window to the street to view the culture. The same man made us espresso on our way out!! Thank you!

The location of hotel is in great spot! The room was very clean and beautiful with decor. Staff were very kind and helpful. They assisted us in getting taxi for early check out to airport. By far was the best stay we had visiting Europe and would 100% recommend and stay here again.

The location was very central to the main areas of Catania. Access to the accommodation was via an old lift or four flights of stairs. The size of the room was huge, as was the spa bath, which was also very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Bringing amazing breakfast in the room in the morning was great experience. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Since the hotel is in the old city center it requires a little effort to get to with luggage. Taxi might be the most convenient. My only thing is the 10AM checkout, hard when you are on vacation, but it is like that in Italy.

It was great to stay at Crociferi B&B, such an authentic and beautiful place in the historic part of Catania, very centrally located, quiet, and very clean. The owner, Teresa, paid personal attention to each guest, which made our stay very pleasant. Luckily, we found a garage a few hundred meters away, just above Piazza Trento. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. The house is very nice and well-suited for four people. The room and private bathroom were clean. The gentleman helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. He also met me at check in which made it very easy (no one is there 24/7). I was there just one night, but it was close to the Duomo square and the pedestrian shopping district. Highly recommend for those not wanting a high end hotel, but still wanting 5 star service!!

There was no air conditioning in the common areas. Also, it would’ve been really appreciative if there was a little more communication about how things worked in the area and miscommunication on terminology when renting the room.

The metro station is 200 meters away, the bus stop is right outside, there's a fantastic bar just down the stairs, and supermarkets are nearby. In short, it's truly a great place to stay. Near to Castello Ursino in busy street. Everyday my sheets & towels were changed without asking, daily cleaning done, room was back in order whenever I returned at night. Personal attention to hospitality is just top notch. It's more than worth I paid for 7 day stay.
