B&B Villa Refe

To be called a b & b, just the sign is not enough. It is good to say that withholding the identity cards for the entire stay of the guests is an unheard of thing as well as illegal since the lady did not make us sign anything regarding the withholding of the documents, at the same time considering that the latter could have returned useful. To say the least, a sleeve of savings: we have been told several times to turn off the lights, even though we had been there for about 5 minutes; the remote controls of the hidden air conditioners; when asked to have glasses, including plastic ones, the lady kindly replied to go and buy them even though it was 21:00 and the foodstuffs were closed. Having said that at 9 am the owner persistently knocked on the door to wake me up .... I didn't know I had asked for such a service. Finally, when requesting the invoice, I was told that they don't.

I put a star because zero or less is not possible.
As soon as we arrived at the structure the lady who acts as Host welcomed us showing us the various rooms, we had almost 10 seconds to see the rooms because she immediately turned off the lights, saying that they had to be kept off as long as possible. I do not hide that many of the lights in the common areas (corridor, and outdoor area) were with a very limited timer.
Let's talk about the rooms: decent / poor cleaning, very low lighting, decent but working bathroom. In one of the rooms there was a bad smell of sewage.
We asked the courtesy to put the water in the fridge in order to have it fresh there
night but we were STRICTLY FORBIDDEN by the same, saying that they used the fridge too. Absent glasses (both glass and plastic), as well as napkins and anything else necessary to stay decently. We were not even given the minimum necessary to be able to wash.
We were given two tablecloths each, one large and one small (the one for the bidet was missing).
AIR CONDITIONERS PRESENT BUT WITH PROHIBITION TO USE THEM (they were off and without remote control, our request to turn them on please was rejected)
The breakfast was decent, apart from the presence of a BOTTLE OF WATER ALREADY OPEN AND PARTIALLY CONSUMED and the lady's invitation to preferably consume the mocha coffee and not the capsules with the following explanation: "you have to save money".
Finally, IMPOSSIBILITY TO PAY WITH POS AND REFUSAL TO ISSUE THE PAPER INVOICE after making the paper payment.
I conclude by saying that the structure has potential, but everything becomes useless if managed with rudeness and disinterest towards its guests.
