This is a gem of a place. Cute clean exactly what we wanted. Staff was very accomadating.

The room was tiny,aircon only worked when in room, a flight of stairs to climb with heavy suitcase. No bigger room was available on request.

Close to the beach and very good restaurants 2nd stay at Villa Linda after so many years. Reception and dining areas have been replenished but bedrooms and bathrooms have not. They really need an update. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially in dining and reception areas. Very close to beach and other amenities.

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach. It looks nice and it is located in the quieter part of the city. Our room had a wonderful view to the sea and to Etna volcano. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and nurishing but did not change much day after day. Overall, a nice experience!

The hotel was nice and good value. It had a nice pool with bar service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice on the terrace. Location was a little away from the corso but easy to reach by car.

Great location—-close to beach, with a huge pool The resort is set in magnificent grounds , surrounded by farmland. It has a beautiful swimming pool and easy access to the beach ( which is pebbles—-but beautiful sand and water once you wade out)

Be sure to report any and all damage or missing items, furniture, door knobs, or latches immediately upon arrival. If not, they will bill you an extra 50 euro per item. Nothing but good things to say about this place if you are staying in Palermo! It's very clean, nice furniture, quiet, has parking, grocery stores and cafe's nearby and helpful staff (some italian helpful here). Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

I've always appreciated the warm welcome from the entire staff, as well as the cozy, clean, and well-organized apartments. The view of the city, including Monte Pellegrino, is always enchanting. I also love the quiet location, yet just a few minutes' drive from the city center.

We had a great stay at Vuelle Apartments. The view from our room was excellent, and the staff was exceptional. They helped us with all our questions about the area, which made our trip even better. The location was right by the beach. The marina and boardwalk were easy to walk to. The apartments are large, clean, and perfectly furnished. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great spot to visit Taormina Room was clean and perfectly as described. Pool was also a great feature. Good location, bit of a climb into town but not too bad once you know what to expect. Communication from the property was clear and prompt. We were delayed and had to check in after hours, and were given very clear instructions to assist. Can't fault the service at all.

Good location. Walkable to city sites. Initial impression was awful. We arrived 4:30 pm. Gate was locked, office closed. Whatsapp had malfunctioned so we did not get instructions how to access property after hours. Grumpy old men finally came to gate, yelling at us and refused to open gate. Warm welcome and early check in were much appreciated. Great location close to old town and funicular. We paid for a larger apartment which was spacious and has enough to self cater if you want to. I had a wonderful stay at Medusa Suites in Taormina. The location in the historic center is perfect, and the interior design is beautiful and stylish. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the property. The food at the Bistrot was delicious and added even more enjoyment to the stay. I can’t say enough about the staff here! So kind, thoughtful, and go above and beyond! The property is in a great location and the breakfast terrace is dreamy. I stayed in two different categories. The hotel is centrally located in an ancient and majesting building. The room on the second floor was very spacious and clean. I loved it and loved the service at the reception. Also the breakfast very good served in the room. A place to be when in Scicli!

Nice hotel with perfect location, friendly staff, very clean. Breakfast is almost limited to coffee and croissants and if you stay in the rooms from the street side it may be noisy at night as there are 2 bars below.

It is in the center, if you arrive by car it is not advisable to indicate it in the navigator because it takes you through narrow alleys in the ZTL. Yes the stay was very good in most respects. However, the showers in both of our rooms were at best lukewarm.

The room was modern and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio was closed for renovation so I did not get to enjoy that, but the view from my balcony over the main street leading to the cathedral was excellent! Belemonte 102 was a large clean reasonable decorated room in a good location. Not really exclusive as in our room there was damp around the air con unit and under a hole cut out showed lots black looking like mould, not very healthy to sleep so close. We had trouble getting a contact to let us in numbers were sent and then not answered it did take a while and in the end it was another guest entering...

I stayed here for a few days' vacation. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Mongiove beach, which is very large and well-equipped. The apartments are clean and well-organized. The indoor pool is convenient.

Everything would be fantastic if it weren't for that poor dog in the pool—a dirt-filled tub with no water, no food, and one of the two lifeguards, while spraying degreaser on the bench, tried to spray it on the dog, scaring him away. Luckily, we provided him with water in a glass and food! You have a restaurant, what does it cost you to feed and drink him? Shame on you 😡

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. The rooms, in which we stayed, were large, welcoming and extremely clean. We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

I was given a small single room which was different from what i booked. No staff except on WhatsApp (it was Sunday when I arrived)-. She was quick to respond. At first she said i made the mistake but when i showed the pictures of what i booked, i was given the right room. The accommodation is old and the bathroom is very old. The shower is very small and you can't move around properly. The internet is very bad, it's disconnected most of the time. The only thing that's worth it is the location. The staff are polite.

Front desk Mario was friendly, ready to answer any questions, offer advice. Room is clean, comfortable but compact, especially the shower stall.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was also of a high standard, and we felt very welcome.

I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). The sanitation is good. The staff will send me a message in advance to ask about the check-in time to confirm whether it is within their working hours. If not, they will send a tutorial to your email to tell you how to enter the hotel. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, but you don't need to share it with others, it's just separate. Lemon candy is provided and the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. It was a harrowing experience to be stranded outside without knowing who we should talk to . The management knew I booked it for 5 nights...

Stayed here for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom ‘Suite with Terrace and View’ (room 401). The pictures and blurb on the website gave us the impression of a master bedroom with a lovely vaulted wooden ceiling, airy, spacious and plenty of natural light. The suite we were given however was fairly dull away from the patio doors onto the terrace, with little natural light and bland decor and ceilings. The bathroom...

It was average, compared to other hotels in Trapani, I think they are a little overpriced for what it is. Its clean and very central in a quite area, so perhaps if peace and quite is of preference this is the place otherwise, I wouldn't necessary return.

This was a great hotel. Excellent location, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Parking service worked well given the location in the pedestrian area. One staff member really stood out - Ada. She was our first point of contact and was professional and super helpful.
