Nothing but good things to say about this place if you are staying in Palermo! It's very clean, nice furniture, quiet, has parking, grocery stores and cafe's nearby and helpful staff (some italian helpful here). They have many size options and the pictures on their website are fair and accurate. We got the larger suite and it was quite spacious. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Piazza Rugero...

Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

I've always appreciated the warm welcome from the entire staff, as well as the cozy, clean, and well-organized apartments. The view of the city, including Monte Pellegrino, is always enchanting. I also love the quiet location, yet just a few minutes' drive from the city center.

We had a great stay at Vuelle Apartments. The view from our room was excellent, and the staff was exceptional. They helped us with all our questions about the area, which made our trip even better. Despite negative reviews, we decided to stay at the hotel. Surprisingly, our room was quite clean - clean sheets and bathroom. All the essentials were in the room, apart from kitchen utensils. It was also rather quiet, so we could sleep well. Overall, good value for the money 👌

The location is great, the neighborhood at first seems dangerous and very neglected, however it is in a family environment close to the station and very well connected. Recommended to spend a couple of days in Palermo.

A rather secure hotel, with two doors which close at the entrance then the individual accommodations inside, street a little noisy and a little dirty but there is bus 109 nearby which goes to the center so very practical, some shops and tobacco shops (to buy bus tickets) nearby. Great stay, clean room. Nadia was very friendly and helpful.

Politeama luxury suites are located on a very busy square. With the convienience of the location it also comes with heavy traffics. A loud party bus goes around the block into late night.

Great spot to visit Taormina Room was clean and perfectly as described. Pool was also a great feature. Good location, bit of a climb into town but not too bad once you know what to expect. Communication from the property was clear and prompt. We were delayed and had to check in after hours, and were given very clear instructions to assist. Can't fault the service at all.

Good location. Walkable to city sites. Initial impression was awful. We arrived 4:30 pm. Gate was locked, office closed. Whatsapp had malfunctioned so we did not get instructions how to access property after hours. Grumpy old men finally came to gate, yelling at us and refused to open gate. Close to the beach and very good restaurants 2nd stay at Villa Linda after so many years. Reception and dining areas have been replenished but bedrooms and bathrooms have not. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach. It looks nice and it is located in the quieter part of the city. Our room had a wonderful view to the sea and to Etna volcano. Stayed here for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom ‘Suite with Terrace and View’ (room 401). The pictures and blurb on the website gave us the impression of a master bedroom with a lovely vaulted wooden ceiling, airy, spacious and plenty of natural light. It was average, compared to other hotels in Trapani, I think they are a little overpriced for what it is. Its clean and very central in a quite area, so perhaps if peace and quite is of preference this is the place otherwise, I wouldn't necessary return.

I had a wonderful stay at Medusa Suites in Taormina. The location in the historic center is perfect, and the interior design is beautiful and stylish. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the property. The food at the Bistrot was delicious and added even more enjoyment to the stay. It is in the center, if you arrive by car it is not advisable to indicate it in the navigator because it takes you through narrow alleys in the ZTL. Yes the stay was very good in most respects. However, the showers in both of our rooms were at best lukewarm.

The rooftop patio was closed for renovation so I did not get to enjoy that, but the view from my balcony over the main street leading to the cathedral was excellent! Belemonte 102 was a large clean reasonable decorated room in a good location. Not really exclusive as in our room there was damp around the air con unit and under a hole cut out showed lots black looking like mould, not very healthy to sleep so close. We had trouble getting a contact to let us in numbers were sent and then not answered it did take a while and in the end it was another guest entering...

Front desk Mario was friendly, ready to answer any questions, offer advice. Room is clean, comfortable but compact, especially the shower stall.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.

Outstanding stay! Well located 3 minutes away (walking) from the restaurant and port. The host was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was delicious. There is no dedicated parking but we found parking spaces only a few minutes away on both nights. We would definitely go back.

Everything was excellent. I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). The rooms were spotlessly clean, large room was overlooking the marina. So serene and beautiful. The breakfast was very nice, in a sunny room downstairs. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an amazing visit to Siracusa. The location was great. We walked down a few blocks and crossed the bridge to Ortigia.
