There is reception desk and staff was so helpful especially keeping out luggage for before and after stay. Everything was just right!

The hotel was nice and good value. It had a nice pool with bar service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice on the terrace. Location was a little away from the corso but easy to reach by car.

Overall, everything was fine for us; we only stayed overnight and had breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were missing hotel slippers, hair conditioner, and body lotion. No coats. Beach towels are available for a fee.

A rather secure hotel, with two doors which close at the entrance then the individual accommodations inside, street a little noisy and a little dirty but there is bus 109 nearby which goes to the center so very practical, some shops and tobacco shops (to buy bus tickets) nearby. Stayed here for 5 nights as part of an organised group tour of the Aeolian Islands. A very pleasant hotel located to the rear of the coast road down a short alley and about 200m or so from the hydrofoil port. Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

I've always appreciated the warm welcome from the entire staff, as well as the cozy, clean, and well-organized apartments. The view of the city, including Monte Pellegrino, is always enchanting. I also love the quiet location, yet just a few minutes' drive from the city center.

Loved my experience staying at Palazzo Sovrana and dining at Doba Restaurant. Room and cleanliness were great, topped off my an unbearable location. I stayed here for a few days' vacation. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Mongiove beach, which is very large and well-equipped. The apartments are clean and well-organized. The indoor pool is convenient.

Everything would be fantastic if it weren't for that poor dog in the pool—a dirt-filled tub with no water, no food, and one of the two lifeguards, while spraying degreaser on the bench, tried to spray it on the dog, scaring him away. Luckily, we provided him with water in a glass and food! You have a restaurant, what does it cost you to feed and drink him? Shame on you 😡

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.

I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). The sanitation is good. The staff will send me a message in advance to ask about the check-in time to confirm whether it is within their working hours. If not, they will send a tutorial to your email to tell you how to enter the hotel. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, but you don't need to share it with others, it's just separate. Lemon candy is provided and the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. It was average, compared to other hotels in Trapani, I think they are a little overpriced for what it is. Its clean and very central in a quite area, so perhaps if peace and quite is of preference this is the place otherwise, I wouldn't necessary return.
