We booked this hotel very last minute and the entire experience was incredible!!! The staff was so incredibly friendly. They labeled a map for us with stuff to do in the 24 hours we were there, they escorted us to our room and made sure we were happy with it, the breakfast included was also fantastic, they also were very flexible with us running late on checkout, and then held our bags for the day. Very clean, cute and friendly place. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Palermo, this is it. It is small and personalized while being very close to the heart of the city. I can’t say it enough, amazing experience!

This isn't a hotel per say, but a B&B arranged as an hotel. The building is full of levels re-arranged as an B&B an hotels. So don't expect a huge lobby or a bar. It's just a small lobby and 6-7 rooms.
The rooms are well done, the bed is okish and the bathroom is clean and ok to use. The breakfast is provided in another B&B (floor above) part of the same group I imagine. It is not really good, as only a few things. We got served by a woman who was cleaning bathrooms and did not even took the time to remove her gloves before serving our coffees…
Also since it is a very small hotel, there's no bar or the like, and there are a lot of noise of people ringing the front desk or walking in the hall, a few meters away from your door, so don't expect to sleep past 8am.

Advise. Beautiful style. I liked the room very much: the sofa, the cushions, the lighting ... all in good taste, the shower (with chromotherapy that is lights that change color that you can turn on at will) is visible, therefore who is in the room see who is showering), comfortable and very nice bed, tv, safe which was very useful to me, balcony overlooking the street with a view to the right of the port, you have the historic center by turning the corner, therefore you have all the shops most important ones at your fingertips; rich breakfast for every taste in a very nice internal room, all furnished consistently with the chosen style.

Rooms are good however the street is so loud 24h and the noise comes in even the windows are closed.
