The room was tidy and clean but the shower pressure was too low and the Wifi kept coming and going so I had to give up and use my own. I signaled it to the receptionist but nothing happened. Other than that, the staff were professional.

The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights. However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass. A kettle was not provided upon request. At breakfast, the cakes are fresh and delicious. Italian coffee and cappuccino are also available upon request. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and helpful.

Good experience overall. Fine breakfast, ok location, parking options are there, staff is nice and communicative, can't complain about anything really. We had a nice experience.

Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left. The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.

Paolo was fantastic - he helped us while sitting by the pool and also in the evening with cocktails. The hotel is a perfect location, clean and safe. Their food is also fresh and delicious. Constantino makes an amazing espresso martini as well, one of the best we have ever had!

A good place to eat and to sleep.

The design is absolutely 20th century, as is much of the room aesthetic, which ends up feeling quaintly nostalgic. Waking up with a view of the sea at sunrise is a definite perk.

This is a really nice hotel with lots of style. the rooms a nicely furnished clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We particularly liked the restaurant, we arrived at 9.30pm but this had no effect on the excellent service and very good food and wine. the head waiter was fantastic. This is a good place to stay.

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. Breakfast was good. Only scrambled eggs for hot option, but lots of croissants, muffins, cereal etc. if you just want somewhere to get your head down for a couple of nights it’s great. Frindly staff but to be honest, I have no idea why this hotel has four Stars. The interiour is old, not very clean and sometimes broken. The hotel is directly located to a main road (loud), the surrunding is not beautfuly and it takes more than a 30 minutes walk to the old town/city Center.

Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Palermo hotel near Gucci Can’t believe how comfortable we felt at this hotel. We actually felt like family. They were so helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was very yummy and included a cappuccino. Location was also good, about a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street where Gucci and Prada are found.

I stayed here for almost one month in July 2017. The family that owns this Hotel made it feel like home to me. My room was kept clean and was allowed to park my bici in their parking garage. Great place to stay and I felt very comfortable the entire stay :) I always found parking on near by streets for my rental car as well. Just wait until after 5pm or so.... Budget place. Fairly nice staff. Clean bed, tiny bathroom and shower. Next to the Bolaro market so noisy and lively. Breakfast is disappointing but a nice cafe for capuccino and croissant is 20 steps away. A few hundred meters away from the main shopping street as well.

Small hotel located on the border of Ballarò, clean, great staff, good price for the facilities offered

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

Decent Stay with Friendly Service Our stay at Hotel Villa Rossi was average, as expected from a 3-star property. The rooms were basic but acceptable.
