Great economy accommodation. well ran and very clean. Amazing location in the busy area so traffic noise an issue but windows are good. Well recommended.

Hostel Agata is centrally located; plenty of options as to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Agata, the owner, is a nice and welcoming person. My place whenever I go back to Palermo.

On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

Good place on a budget. Don´t expect too much

What a great team of this place of residence, the center of Palermo, we were left with such good warm emotions, clean, every day cleaning, and breakfasts are simply delicious, you will not regret, Grazie🫶❤️❤️🔥who will say hello 🫂

The location is great. Rooms along the main street can be affected by the sound of cars, so I think they are suitable for people who are confident in their sleep.

My review is you have a worst costumer care.. you are using auto boot. I want to reebok my booking last December 14 and move to December 13. And what is the reply of your stupid auto boot they said sa hotel declined my cancelation. But i was been in the reception at that time when i cancel and do the rebooking.. you are horrible and apps.

The hotel is conveniently located. Everything is close by. Parking is available. The restaurant is on the 7th floor, overlooking the seaport.

Rooms need renovation, reception quick and efficient, location correct but near harbour. Perfect view over port from restaurant

Though the hotel is situated near the port, it’s very loud even in the night. The hotel room was very big but not that many furniture items there. And not very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good, but the breakfast hasn’t raised up to the expectations and the hotel deserves at most a 3 star rating

The triple room was large and clean, contrary to my impression of Ibis rooms being small. It was also close to the pier, making it very convenient to transfer to the ferry.

The shower drained poorly, and the air conditioning was very weak. The housekeeping staff didn't lock the door properly after cleaning; I've already complained to the hotel.

Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

I've always appreciated the warm welcome from the entire staff, as well as the cozy, clean, and well-organized apartments. The view of the city, including Monte Pellegrino, is always enchanting. I also love the quiet location, yet just a few minutes' drive from the city center.

Well, Location is so near with nearby attractions and you can walk around 10 minutes from the train station / bus station . The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty with great coffee. My only issue was the stairs up to the room. It would have been helpful if there was a luggage lift.

The B&B is in a great walkable area with easy access to old town Palermo. There are lots of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We appreciated the help organizing the transfer to the airport after our stay.

The hotel's location is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a vegetable market at the door where you can eat seafood but the price is not cheap. The most convenient way to get out of the airport is to take a shared taxi for 8 Euros. If you take a train or bus, you still need to walk a long way. It is quite tiring to push a suitcase on a gravel road for more than ten minutes.

The sanitation is good. The staff will send me a message in advance to ask about the check-in time to confirm whether it is within their working hours. If not, they will send a tutorial to your email to tell you how to enter the hotel. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, but you don't need to share it with others, it's just separate. Nice Palermo B&B Our room at B&B Cubbaita was very nice, clean and centrally located. The lift is fun! The office isn't always staffed, but the manager was there to meet us at our time of arrival. Several restaurants/cafes/bars within short walking distance.

This lodging is called a Bed and Breakfast, which implies that they serve breakfast. Instead they give you a voucher to go to a nearby ice cream shop that serves coffee and pastries in the morning. Within a couple of minutes walk to the main streets of Palermo, olde worlde outside and modern inside. Veronica is terrific and pointed us in some great directions.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Location was excellent, great communication between Veronica and Giuseppe. They are great hosts and always provide solutions. Accommodation was first class. If I visit Palermo this would be my first point if call. Can't recommend highly enough.

Needs more update and didn’t like the idea of sachet shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Also the fact that the air conditioner is controlled by one key and can’t leave it open 24hrs But I love Veronica. She pays attention to our needs

Great staff super location and a wonderful accommodation

The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the second bed was in an adorable bunk with a ladder. The area was quite nice. There is no motorized roadway beside the hotel, foot traffic only so middle of the night was very quiet especially once the restaurants closed. We got a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The area was very walkable and safe.

Nice clean place, completely renovated and new. Staff was more than helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was the one of the best on our travels throughout Sicily. The surrounding streets around the hotel could use some sprucing up.

A very good option for a stay in Palermo. Very central. You'll need to leave your car in a nearby parking lot, as the area is almost entirely pedestrian. The facilities are good, the bathroom modern, and the property renovated. The service is very attentive. The amenities are top-quality.

Great location, clean modern room. Feels very safe, nice extras (shower gel, slippers). Freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Only slight point of note, ground floor room can be noisy in the mornings once other guests begin to move around and go for breakfast. Would recommend and would use again.

I booked one night to stay with my husband. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was none. Just a coffee maker. The location was good, the room was clean comfortable and charming. Everything we needed. It would have been great if it had toilet paper! We found an incomplete roll and the towels although clean, were old and hand size. Great location however each room has its own hot water tank so it will run out if the first person isn’t careful. Only two small shampoo provided and rooms cleaned every two days so you will probably need to buy some shampoo out. Lady comes in to provide toast, coffee and yogurt.

Nicely laid out rooms and accommodation space. Interesting modern decor which was inviting and relaxing. We immediately felt at home. Clean, rooms with comfortable bed and good storage for bags personal items.

Compliments to Emanuele, well-furnished structure, rooms equipped with all comforts, with large spaces. Spacious shower and comfortable room. I will definitely return next time. It has a strategic location for reaching the historic center.

The location was beyond ideal. Not far from highways if you are headed out on day trips, close enough to amazing food and historical everything. The staff were kind and courteous, the morning breakfast was simple but hit all the nessecities.
