Apartment Hotels in Palermo

My review is you have a worst costumer care.. you are using auto boot. I want to reebok my booking last December 14 and move to December 13. And what is the reply of your stupid auto boot they said sa hotel declined my cancelation. But i was been in the reception at that time when i cancel and do the rebooking.. you are horrible and apps.

The hotel is conveniently located. Everything is close by. Parking is available. The restaurant is on the 7th floor, overlooking the seaport.

Rooms need renovation, reception quick and efficient, location correct but near harbour. Perfect view over port from restaurant

Though the hotel is situated near the port, it’s very loud even in the night. The hotel room was very big but not that many furniture items there. And not very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good, but the breakfast hasn’t raised up to the expectations and the hotel deserves at most a 3 star rating

The triple room was large and clean, contrary to my impression of Ibis rooms being small. It was also close to the pier, making it very convenient to transfer to the ferry.

The shower drained poorly, and the air conditioning was very weak. The housekeeping staff didn't lock the door properly after cleaning; I've already complained to the hotel.

Nothing but good things to say about this place if you are staying in Palermo! It's very clean, nice furniture, quiet, has parking, grocery stores and cafe's nearby and helpful staff (some italian helpful here). They have many size options and the pictures on their website are fair and accurate. We got the larger suite and it was quite spacious. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Piazza Rugero...

Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

I've always appreciated the warm welcome from the entire staff, as well as the cozy, clean, and well-organized apartments. The view of the city, including Monte Pellegrino, is always enchanting. I also love the quiet location, yet just a few minutes' drive from the city center.

Loved my experience staying at Palazzo Sovrana and dining at Doba Restaurant. Room and cleanliness were great, topped off my an unbearable location. Was fortunate enough to meet and chat with Paola (owner) and Domenico (chef), who made us feel like locals. Glad I made the decision to stay at Palazzo Sovrana instead of a usual hotel.

Upgraded our room on arrival. Room was large, well appointed. Had 3 balconies with fantastic view of theatre. Only complaint is they have many tall beautiful windows, but no blackout curtains. It was like daylight in our room with all the street lights. They allowed us to checkout late to accommodate our afternoon flight. Breakfast was very hectic. Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, beautifully detailed. The room facing the Opera House are fabulous. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone where it’s easy to walk about. The taxis cannot pull up to the door, but that is the routine for any pedestrian zone. High ceilings big bright windows. Lovely Bath. Great air conditioning. Great little hotel serving a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff is very helpful and courteous. However, if you have mobility issues, make sure you book a groundfloor room.

Great restaurants in the area and walkable to attractions. The rooms were clean and the checkin process was straightforward and owner was super polite and accessible with questions etc. I would stay again at this property.

Unique, enjoyable, close to everything, love Palermo and staff is helpful

Belemonte 102 was a large clean reasonable decorated room in a good location. Not really exclusive as in our room there was damp around the air con unit and under a hole cut out showed lots black looking like mould, not very healthy to sleep so close. We had trouble getting a contact to let us in numbers were sent and then not answered it did take a while and in the end it was another guest entering...

There were many mosquitoes in the room 106. I would still recommend the hotel, if a budget stay in the city centre is what you are looking for

The hotel is close to the bus and train stations, and the area is relatively dirty, but the hotel and rooms were perfectly cleaned. Electrical appliances function there barely. There is almost nothing functional. The area was also quieter than other parts of the city. The kitchen needs to be repaired and needs a little more cleaning as no one uses that part. It is a good accommodation, cleanliness within the normal range if you bought it for the price you pay.

The location is great, the neighborhood at first seems dangerous and very neglected, however it is in a family environment close to the station and very well connected. Recommended to spend a couple of days in Palermo.

A rather secure hotel, with two doors which close at the entrance then the individual accommodations inside, street a little noisy and a little dirty but there is bus 109 nearby which goes to the center so very practical, some shops and tobacco shops (to buy bus tickets) nearby. Quite old place but ok Staff didn't speak English very well but we managed to understand each other well. Have a good stay

Politeama luxury suites are located on a very busy square. With the convienience of the location it also comes with heavy traffics. A loud party bus goes around the block into late night.

We had a lovely stay at this property, Nadia met us at the property and showed us around and gave us plenty of tips for the area. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay, the balcony was great. I would happily stay at this property again if in the city

Best water pressure and best shower we've had in Sicily. Marco was a wonderful host, and we loved that he arranged our transportation to the airport for us.

the attractions are at walkable distance from the suite. A bit noisy at night because there is a bar next to it. They provide earplugs but we were able to sleep without the earplugs. the room was clean. we stayed here for 3 nights. There was no hot water in the second night (likely the boiler was emptied)

Sergio is a super host. Very welcoming, great advice regarding sightseeing essentials. Wonderful room with a couch, more space than in a hotel ! We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning 😁. Great quality for value. Finally, I recommend making use of the car service to and from the airport. It is also worth it if you don’t want to take the bus/train.

Spotless room, modern, clean and cozy, we couldn't expect anything better than this. Highly reccomended, also considering the proximity to the center of the city and all its beauties. Five stars hands down.
