A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall. The only downside was the paint smell in the second-floor hallway, but not inside the room.

The room was spacious, the location was great, it was quiet, and the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel building is beautiful, a very old historical building. It's in a great location, within walking distance of all the attractions. The front desk staff are very helpful and can answer many questions. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Great location- good service. The room was clean, and comfortable. I only stood one night, as this was a transit day for me in Palermo. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate me arriving slightly earlier than expected. The location is great for a first time visit in Palermo- just outside the Quattro Canti.

The location is excellent, right next to the Quattro Square. The hotel looks very old and historic, reminding me of the Grand Budapest Hotel, but because it's so old, it has a slightly eerie feel to it—I guess that's just my perception. The service was very friendly; they proactively arranged a private car for us to the airport, and the hotel breakfast was also very generous.

The hotel is magnificent, truly palace-like. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite cramped, with a broken sliding door.

The location is fantastic, within a 10-minute walk of the Teatro Massimo and Palermo Cathedral, and a 5-minute walk to the seaside. The hotel rooms are relatively basic, but the breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fruits, including incredibly sweet black plums. A great hotel with super friendly staff. Great location, really nice and friendly service. In particular Claudio, who served us at the breakfast buffet. After two days he knew our preferences for coffee and eggs and treated us as if we had come there to stay for years. We loved the hotel and can only recommend it.

Claudio saved the Day after bad weather and a not so satisfying room-situation (wich was thankfully resolved). With his friendly attitude and his kind smile, he invited us to stay a little longer at the bar and have some great conversations about food and dining.

Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.

The room was very hot. The AC was not efficient. The hotel provides guests with fans, which tells me they know the rooms are hot. Bathroom was so small knees touch the shower doors when sitting on toilet. Shower head did not stay on when showering it kept falling down. Water was never cold. Only warm/hot water available? Very uncomfortable.

This is a lovely and reasonably priced hotel centrally located in Palermo. The hotel , the room , the staff and the amenities were all wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding and their small restaurant was very relaxing and classy. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is easy to find, near the beach, and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street outside. There's also a Chinatown nearby, which made me feel safe. We booked a triple room, and the double bed was very large. However, the air conditioner in the room seemed to be broken or something; it was always off no matter how many times I pressed the button, so it was very cold in the room...

No spa opening times until 3pm and at a cost of 20 Euros a time. Guests should be able to use a sauna or steam surely within the room rate and be able to enjoy in the mornings?

Family vacation Hotel is old and in need of repair and cleaning. Room was clean but evidence of mold above shower head. Mattresses are memory foam with memory beyond useful wear. Breakfast was very disappointing. Location was excellent.

The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. Vacation in Palermo Absolute stunning views! Loved the location even though it was 20 minutes from town. The quiet area versus busy city traffic noise was better for sleeping.

This is a beautifully restored building with cozy, well decorated rooms. The private spa was incredible with the large jetted tub and a waterfall as well as the sauna.
