Easy parking with payable. Big market near the hotel every morning. Rooms are enough and higher landscape.

The room was tidy and clean but the shower pressure was too low and the Wifi kept coming and going so I had to give up and use my own. I signaled it to the receptionist but nothing happened. Other than that, the staff were professional.

The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights. However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later...

Great location a 15 min walk from central train station and on the waterfront. You do have to walk 10+ minutes to get to restaurants and 15+ min to the historic city center. The hotel was amazing only thing that always loud because of road in front. And also 2 minuses one is that when I was opening the window it was entering the smell of ****. The second is that it’s far from sea. It was prohibited to swim in swimming pool. But my room was wide with cycle in my room.

The room faces the sea directly... it's very beautiful, just a bit low on the floor. There's a famous Chinese restaurant and a noodle shop about a 15-20 minute walk away, which is pretty good. Breakfast was decent.

Our first time in Palermo. Very comfortable hotel, cheerful and helpful staff especially Martina and Leo in the restaurant. Great pool spoiled by very loud pop music in the poolside seating area. Overall a very good stay, thank you.

Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left. The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.

A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall. The only downside was the paint smell in the second-floor hallway, but not inside the room.

Great location to explore palermo on foot and exceptional staff. The breakfast was very good. Recommend taking the time to have some drinks on the rooftop terrace at night or taking a coffee up in the morning. The beds were very comfy. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.

The location is superb! It's a 15-minute walk from the central train station, and the hotel is right next to the Four Corners Square. It's only 500-600 meters to the main cathedral and the opera house, meaning all attractions within the old city are within walking distance.

Hotel is in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. Newly refurbished so nice and modern. We had two single rooms which were a great size ! Balcony to the street as well. Really great, central location. Our room was really spacious and the walls were not as thin as in other Sicilian hotels. However, we had a problem with our toilet not flushing that took more than 24 hours to fix. There's a very small lobby and restaurant and they had no computer. You have to climb up and down slanted steps to get to and from the street.

Vacation in Palermo Absolute stunning views! Loved the location even though it was 20 minutes from town. The quiet area versus busy city traffic noise was better for sleeping.

The hotel staff were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Our room looked out to Massimo Teatro, which was beautiful. It's a very lively area.I was traveling with a friend and requested twin beds. The beds were a little stiff for my liking. Even though our room faced the main drag, once we closed our balcony door, the room was quiet. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Parking is a little tricky, and expensive with a larger vehicle (SUV) but convenient and safe. The facility is definitely older, but well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

The service staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room could have been clean. There was black stuff coming out of the tiles when I was showering. I was here for business, usually only back in the room after working hours, and the room met my basic needs.

Despite some negative comments, perhaps from people who stayed on the first floor, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The wait staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the parking was free. The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms, but it was completely quiet after 11 p.m.
